We ordered to have DoorDash delivery for us from this Zaxby’s location. Apparently Zaxby’s told the driver that someone picked up our order. The driver calls us and says that Zaxby’s told the driver that we as the customer have to call DoorDash and complain. This is totally unacceptable!!! DoorDash was just doing their job, and my wife and I sitting at home waiting for our Zalads, we have nothing to do with Zaxby’s missing their food. Not only I complained to DoorDash and received a refund back on what I paid for, I’m also going to complain everywhere I can think of on media for this unacceptable behavior that the restaurant staff did. With poor customer service, this location needs to go out of business. Needless to say, we’re sitting at home starving and now have to wait another hour or so as we seek delivery from a different restaurant.
So we had a big meeting at my job and I volunteered to go get the food for the meeting! They open at 10:30 am and I pulled up at 10:38! I had an order with about 20 different items so needless to say it was a lot! I have to say they handled it like pros. Everything was perfect even down to the sauces and utensils! Thank you zaxbys!
New review and yet again it is negative. They don't let you know when there's a wait on stuff till u done paid. They then give u half of ur order that is already cooked. And make u go wait in a parking spot for ur other food for a good 5 10 minutes and the food that was already done gets cold and gross.
Cashiers know me by name because i like this place so much. Cant wait for it to be done remodeling! Food is great. Just needs some new menu options but other than that i cant think of anything wrong with this place!
They get 5 stars every day but today they get 6 because they gave me 2 orders of chicken bacon ranch fries for free because they made extra. They are always fast. Always polite. The order is always perfect
They have roaches! I literally saw one crawling up the drink machine as I was trying to get my sprite. I'm sick! We eat here all the time but not anymore. I saw several dead ones outside as we left too. This place needs immediate attention!
Everytime I order my favorite salad when it is in season they always have to burn my egg rolls where it's so hard to bite in. I'm tired of wasting my money.
Ordered a 5 finger plate and got a 3 finger plate with not even a handful of fries… ridiculous. My husband even mentioned they were so rude through the drive through!
