I wouldn't be coming back. How you make two orders wrong then act like I'm the problem for coming back and complaining about what I PAID FOR?! The negativity and attitude from management is very unprofessional.
The male, black bald head manager didn't acknowledge the fact that the order was not make correctly and was very nonchalant about correct their mistake. Being the manager of a fast food restaurant that incompletes orders is your decision, not mine.
My team’s experience was awesome. I had a big group of 20 and the night shift for Saturday (12/09/2023) took care of all of us efficiently. Every single team member had great customer service, and they got the food out to us very fast and it was hot and ready for us. I highly recommend the Zaxby’s at this location. Thank you for taking care of me and my team. We enjoyed every second of it.
Just finished eating here. I only ordered a side of fries. That's it. The plate they were in was covered in barbecue sauce. I couldn't eat half of them. The service took forever. They had fries but we're waiting on chicken tenders for other orders and wouldn't give me my fries till other people had their chicken. As for the atmosphere, it was hot (no AC and it's 97 outside) The tables were dirty, their drink machine had 4 or 5 broken drinks. Honestly, typical Zaxby's experience. I don't know why I expected a decent meal.
I went as soon as the restaurant opened. My food was fresh, there wasn't a long wait, my food was also prepared exactly the way that I requested. I mentioned the above things because during the lunch rush, the same amount of care isn't put into preparing orders. The food isn't always fresh contrary to popular belief; especially the salads. The orders seem to be thrown together with no attention to detail.

I have been eating at this Zazbys since my freshman year at Brookland-Cayce High School in 2001!
Lisa, on the front counter, has always been kind, professional, and friendly!
She has served the entire wrestling team after school and tournaments!
Today, Lisa and Niya on the register made sure my food was right, served me with a smile, and reminded me why I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years!

5 star service, food, and employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Whoever running this location is it, they got people who know what they're doing. All the food was fresh. Tenders were juicy, fries was crispy, not burnt, and had season. The toast was perfectly swiped with that butter and toated to perfection. The egg rolls were freshly made...only thing was the traditional wings could've been a little better but other than that, food was delicious. Would definitely go to this location again.
I understand we are in a pandemic but when u have it posted that online orders are ready on the inside that is what your customers look for. I pre-ordered, went to the door but it was locked. Employees looking at me like im crazy. I called the store twice but nobody answered. I had to go back to the main road, get in drive thru and wait just to pick my order up though it said it was ready inside. 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch gone because someone failed to provide adequate signage for the patrons picking up online orders.
Other then the bathroom being dirty and the staff being rude the good was ok-not like out Zaxby’s in Conover that’s for sure!
