My Fiancè and I decided to dine in, to kill time while he was on his work break, and they had one ordertaker on the floor. Crew member Tae had finished taking the order he was previously on, and when that customer walked away, my Fiancè and I stepped up to the counter to have our order taken. We watched at Tae glanced at us, and then turned his back to us, to fidget with the items on the counter behind him. Whether he was organizing sauces for an order, or just killing time, he still knowingly ignored the next orders. We stood there for a good minute before he decided to turn around to take our order, and when he finally did, it was clear he’d never been given any kind of customer service training. He was very short with us, rude, and gave very little effort to communicate. Also got an attitude with me when I scanned my Zaxby’s app too early. I’ve been to multiple different fast food locations, and all locations have different scan procedures. I didn’t appreciate the clap back when I didn’t know how he wanted me to scan here. The floor was also very trashy, and tables were sticky. I feel like not much care goes into this location. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but the atmosphere and customer service could use some work
Chicken was so good I personally thanked the cook. Charles not only made the best fried chicken I've had in forever he greeted me with huge smile and a wonderful personality. It was one of the best dining experiences I had in a very long time.
Me and my boyfriend decided to come to this location around 8:45pm and didn’t leave until 9:30. The customer service was awful and they were so disrespectful. I ordered a signature sandwich and asked for it spicy as they advertise it on their menu. I pulled up to the window and wanted to make sure my order was correct and the lady said they didn’t have spicy but I then proceeded to tell her it said they did on their menu with the spicy zac sauce. She yelled to the back of the store to put the spicy sauce on the sandwich and told me to pull up. As we waited for the next 30 min she was also the one to bring out my food and threw the bag at me and had the nastiest attitude. We ended up not getting any Zac sauce with our orders so I went back inside and asked the man at the counter if I could get some Zac sauce he said “.50 cent” I had my card in my hand and said ok and he said “.50 cent” again. I said, I have my card right here but we get any in our order. Our food tasted like it had sat out the whole time and was cold. This whole experience will make me never go back to this location again. If the people here hate their job that much, they don’t need to work here.
Loved the new drive through with an employee outside taking orders and paying outside hut! Like Chick fil a. Much quicker and friendly staff! Thank you Zaxby's!! We ordered Chicken fingers (10) they were delicious!
Very rude workers. Waited patiently and asked nicely for order to be correct. Still came out incorrect with no sauce and the wait was 40 mins. Extremely unacceptable workers at this establishment, very disrespectful taking order and when a young lady came out with food and gave us a stank face for no reason. DO NOT EAT HERE. I will be notifying all friends and family to not come here.
Food was cold and got pulled up waited about 7 minutes to bring out. Fries looked like they were old and dried out. 15 dollars too much to pay n get cold food, do better
If you haven't had Zaxby's chicken, then you are definitely missing out! They famous Zax sauce just hits the spot. Don't forget their cooling drinks to that order. You will not be disappointed eating at Zaxbys:)
Disappointed. Cashier said that 2 sliders came in kids meal only to find only 1. Manager showed no type of compassion!. Train your worker to know their menu!! Train your self as a manager!!!! I love Zax food. But Peach Orchard one .... It's a No for me....
