Update: I feel I am being pranked. Is this a joke? I ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries with chicken on side no bacon. Side of slaw. The slaw literally is cabbage n no sauce. Plain cabbage nothing else. The fries had a little sprinkle of cheese on a couple fries and no ranch at all. If I didn’t know better I’d say I was on a prank show. Poor quality of food once again
It would kill this restaurant to get an order right? I’ve been going here since they opened at least once a week and they have yet to get an order, correct
They charge extra for sauces but constantly forget to put them in the bag.
The employees seem like they hate their jobs. Please pay them more so maybe they’ll be nicer and I don’t have to dread interacting with them.
Also don’t offer scheduled ordering if you’re going to cancel an order 10 minutes before it’s supposed to be done. Extremely inconvenient and management was void of empathy.
No, I will not just “order it again.” Not worth paying for or waiting on especially after wasting my time.
How do you mess up on a salad? ???? was gross. They gave me a half done salad. Will not be going back
Refried and dry this is the second times in a week..I eat here often and I have never had this happen
The food is pretty good, service is fine, but for the love of God can yall start labeling your take out boxes because every sauce looks identical and too be honest they don’t taste too much different from each other. Every time we order no one knows which is theirs because we can’t tell the sauces apart. This time I ordered the spicey honey mustard and my co worker ordered tongue torch, they look identical so now we have to taste each others sauce in hopes to figure out who’s is who’s. Also, the fries and bread are always incredibly soggy from the condensation in the box. There are ways to prevent that, you’re a restaurant, please figure it out. Last thing. I paid .30 more for a “large” fry…it’s no bigger. Thanks.
Definitely keep driving they don't give you your money's worth ,they rush u off and you're thinking your food is going to be amazing because you been waiting so long to have that craving you been craving and the the slaw was not even filled up and a few fries for almost 14 dollars .2 Thumbs down that is why your business is going down.Do better ZAXBY
My in app for pickup order was ready when I got there. I asked for an extra hard boiled for my salad and was willing to pay,but they gave it to me for free. Everything was fresh and the hot food was hot. I ordered chicken tenders with fries, 3 cookies (they have oatmeal and chocolate chip, I ordered both) and a salad. I love the salads here. This one was not disappointing. The only drag on my rating is that when I got home I realized they forgot the cookies and I live to far to have gone back. I believe the manager is who helped me at the counter and I'd like to compliment him on a nice clean store with friendly employees.
Went to Zaxby's for lunch today through the drive-thru I asked for two sides of fries when I got home and opened up those two sides of fries there was only 5 to 7 fries in each box. They should be ashamed of themselves with prices going up we're getting less and less. You could see the bottom of the boxes. Needless to say, the restaurant severed great food but not service. Do better.
