I've tried the new chicken finger tacos twice now and they are delicious. Lots of sauces to choose from and you can go with pico de gallo, bacon, etc. and they are only $3 each. The problem is the tiny chicken tenders are only half the size of the taco ... which isn't that big to begin with. So 2 tacos really only equals one. They need to put 2 tenders, or normal size tenders to fill up the tortilla. Picture attached. I want to order again, but I don't think I will due to this issue.
10 dollars for food so cold that the cheese wasnt even melted. The fries are extremely stale over priced for bad quality. I have had nothing but issues with this location with both the quality of service and food. This was the last time I will be spending my hard earned money at this location. Even if it that means I have to drive 20 mins to go to another store I will.
We had a wait at the drive thru because they shut down early (9:25pm) and had to get everythingup and running. The Chicken Fingerz were fresh and hott, and the Fries were warm and scarce. We waited out front as instructed with no one ahead or behind us.
The staff were horse playing and having a good time (check cameras). Although the lobby was closed, there was a large group of teenagers hanging out in it; they were not dining but they were having a good time running around (check cameras).
This Zaxbys has a lot of potential, but sadly, it will not live up to it. The younger generation will have sales down, and it will eventually close down.
The stars are low because of the experience. The prices do not match the service....
this place is amazing per usual, this is one of the cleanest zaxbys i have been too. although the service wasn’t as fast, but that is understandable with a lot of places being short staffed. my food was amazing, everything i asked for an more. the cashier who took my order was very friendly an definitely had a great attitude, will be visiting again.
Zaxbys is what I'd call mediocre.
They're food is just okay but the prices are crazy.
A 6 tender combo with a large sweet tea was about $16, next time I will fry chicken tenders at home if the only option is Zaxbys.
Placed my order in the drive thru after i tasted how cold the fries were i asked for fresh ones. They dropped fries from the same cold batch they had back in the grease and then added more salt. Fries are over cooked and too salty. I felt that they brought me the fries a bit to fast. When i got home I saw exactly what they did. The price of food is too high to be giving old food. And why does management believe this is ok? I’m saying manager because the young girl at the window told me she had to ask her manger. But the chicken Philly was good. The picture shows the cold fries in the front and the over cooked over salted fries in the back.
Great! Very friendly staff, clean tables and bathroom. Place looks incredible on the inside. Like others have said the owner or manager was walking around making sure everything that we ordered was correct and tasted good.
I immediately placed my order in an insulated food bag for the 4 mile trip home. The fries were over done to the point the inside was dry and almost hollow. The butter/oil on the bread tasted rancid and the bread was cold & floppy, nothing like toast. The "dressing" in the slaw was spoiled. Cheese bites were mostly all just breading, no cheese inside. The ones that had cheese the cheese was like rubber because they were cold. A Zax sauce was open and spilled all over other items in the condiment bag.
