I tried Zaxbys in Georgia and it was horrible. But gave them another shot because my kids pressed me out. Glad I did. The food was fresh and those seasoned fries were sooo good. It was a great switch up from our norm. The hot honey mustard is really good. Next time I got to ask for extra seasoning on my fries. Strawberry lemonade… bomb. Extra sauce cost too much though. But Food came out quick and staff were nice and quick. I hate the drive-thru curb … I almost scraped up my rims. Other than that, will definitely go back.
My first time visiting. They don't have the use from where I normally live so I took the chance to try one while out of town. I was very happy with the experience the tenders were very good the fries were good but not excellent and the coleslaw was just average. Beware if you upgrade your drink to a large it is huge. I will definitely return and would like to try some of their other sauces. The basic sauce was decent but nothing outstanding. Overall a good experience.
Wanted to try the new tacos and the chicken was so tiny it only fit in 1/4th the taco! So disappointed with it. What was there tasted good though. It was a tiny chicken nugget vs a chicken strip. See picture of my wife's chicken strip vs what was in the taco.
2024Mar. First time here and it was wonderful from the customer service to the food. Love the batter on the chicken breast. It tasted like stuffing and it was delicious. The deep fried cheese bites were so good. The Kickin’ Chicken sandwich was delicious and buttery.
The dessert we had an order of deep fried cheesecake with strawberry sauce and funnel cake with caramel sauce(I love the funnel cake w/o the caramel sauce)was so good with every bite.
Wonderful experience the entire time. Will definitely return here. I love when the cashier puts your name on the receipt ???? when you place an order.
Drove all the way out here to get Zaxby's. Ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders meal. Came home only to find out I didn't receive any chicken. Only the fries, slaw, and toast.
I also got the cheesecake bites and realized I got a very container of strawberry sauce for it. I'm very disappointed. This was my first Zaxby's experience.
It was good but the chicken was extremely small for the price. The cheesecake bites are amazing!
A wonderful place to eat out! Fast and friendly service, definitely feel at home here! If they do happen to mess up an order they are quick to apologize and compensate for the issue with no problem!
Zaxbys provides a fill full meal when you buy the beast meal. Its taste was good. The sauce was very good. The atmosphere was quiet enough to hear each other's conversation. They had an updated drink dispenser. I'd eat here again, but it's not my most favorite fast food place.
