Food always good! It's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that every time you order and pull around you have to pull up to wait for your order everytime! They should tell you before you order that they are waiting on food! This go round they were cooking more chicken! Your a chicken place and you cannot see that your running low. I'm currently waiting with 8 cars for our food! I will not be back to this location! Come through fast food places to get in and out in drive through not wait 20 minite for you to correct your service
I meannnnn they missed with the cheese - almost completely. I relocated it, and the sandwich was... meh. Average at best. No ketchup for fries, didn't ask. Didn't get the right drink. Just not worth it in a sea of options.
Every single time I visit either the drive-thru or inside, they take way too long to serve the food often having to apologize for it. This recent visit, I ordered the signature sandwich meal and after waiting about 20 minutes they told me all the buns were in the freezer. I ended up having to get a refund but that took another 15 minutes because the manager Rydesha forgot how to give out refunds on the register so she had to get a higher up on the phone to explain how to do it. What a joke of an establishment, no wonder it's always empty. Will never be coming back
We ordered at 3:38pm our food didn't come out til 4:20pm. We were the only table in the place. The employees were too busy loudly flirt with each other while a few others were making a tictok. This was our first and last time trying them.
Waited 25 minutes for my 4 finger meal. Damn near walked in the place to demand a refund, but they dodged that bullet. Food was cold too. This place used to be really fast & good, but now they are slowwww. I will not be coming back even though they are right next to where I live. Stop going there, so that corporate can force a change.
Better than Canes. They don’t pay 1M for people to catch a ball and relay back to its customer and do commit shrinkflation.
The food was good and hot. I didn't know coleslaw came my meal????????. Sorry, but I can't stand coleslaw in general. The food was good otherwise.

Waited 45 mins for 5 chicken tenders that I never got didn’t order anything else just 5 chicken tenders that I never ended up getting went inside asked for a refund this location has taken a nose dive
