Really kind staff but very very slow. It took 30 minutes to receive our order after it was placed inside. The drive-thru line was ridiculous. People were pulling out of the line but it was still long. So we decided to go inside and it ended up taking longer. The online orders were in and out though. I'm not sure if they're priority over first come, first serve. My kids didn't like the food and felt ill afterwards. So, we won't be returning. I'm not sure if this is the norm or not but be prepared either way.
I didn't ask the name of the young man and ladies wrong on the night of 12/14/2024 but their attitudes and vibes were outstanding and they were very professional! In a day and age where professionalism and good customer service is often hard to find it was very refreshing to come across young people who were very positive and professional and seem to enjoy what they are doing! Thanks so much for the excellent service! I wish I would have asked your names so I could mention you all here.
Ok so I placed my order. When I got halfway to the window to pay, the light skinned girl with glasses was sooooo rude. She told me to stop! I was like huh? I wasn’t even at the window to pay that’s how far back I was from the window. That was to not have a high wait time. People really don’t know who come to these restaurants. We waited 20 minutes for our food. My daughter who used to work for Zaxby went in to get our food. I hate to say this but Zaxbys is one of my clients I have that is part of my test kitchen in John’s creek. I am a test kitchen supervisor. We have a lot of INSPIRE BRANDS that frequent that facility. So when she said that I was like huh? lol. Please retrain your cooks and cashiered on customer service, cleanliness and professionalism. You just never know who may stop by. And I didn’t get my sauce after a 20 minute wait on Centerville hwy.
Everytime I go to this location I am disappointed with the Cobb salad. They never give you enough lettuce mix for the salad. I just completely stopped going here even though it like 5 minutes away from house. I've been to many different locations and never got the amount of salad that they give here. THIS SALAD IS DEFINITELY NOT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!. But just wanted to show them what they need to correct!!!
Customer service is good. Last couple time the chicken sandwich breading was so thick & over cooked I couldn't eat it so now I just order salads or tenders. Had to update review to 5 stars & pics of my recent order. Fast & fresh????????
This location is usually packed with long wait times but today, Monday at 5:00 ???? there was no line and no waiting… the worker was polite and effective and my food ???? was hot and fresh… I usually order the grilled chicken ???? cobb salad ????. It’s put together well and isn’t skimpy on it’s components… all lettuce ???? and no meat. It comes with ???? ???? ???? & ???? with a side of ????
Food prepared like usual which is why I like coming here, the consistency between locations. My only complaint is that when I asked to have the bread that comes with the salad replaced with celery and carrots I was told that's not an option and I could just get the salad without the bread. Seems this location is a little lacking in customer service as I have been to numerous Zaxby's locations nearby and all have been more than happy to accommodate my request. I am aware it's a minor complaint, but I feel this should be an official option at all locations. Overall 4 stars, food is a 5, customer service is a 3.
There’s no point in putting in an order through the app. I ordered through the App for drive-through. My food was not ready. They pulled me up never brought the food out and I still had to walk inside to get it. & of course the food was sitting in the window while the employees were just talking. Cold fries. Smh. What’s the point?
