This particular Zaxbys on Church St has fallen off, if you’re not missing a food item, it’s shorting you on the food( like chicken) and it’s every time I go to this particular location only! I never have this problem at the Lauren’s rd location so that’s where I will go from here on out.Service is also not good as it use to be, I know during lunch time there is this one lady and she has exceptional service but if you go here later in the day, customer service is no more! Customer service and food quality at the Lauren’s rd is always on point, this will be my to-go-to location now.
My recent visit was very poor….i ordered ahead on the app and got to the parking lot, waited about 10 minutes because it said it would be ready by then. I tried to go to the door, and found both doors locked at 730 when the restaurant closes at 10 pm. An employee told me I had to go to the drive thru line, which was already quite long. I told her I ordered online and she went to check and told me it would be another 15 minutes. Okay. I get a text my order is ready, and she tells me they are out of the soda I wanted. Okay. I get home and realize they have forgotten all 3 of the sauces I ordered, and the fries which I ordered with extra seasoning are not seasoned AT ALL. Food was a little lukewarm as well. Not a good visit this time…
Very slow service. More so than what I would consider a slow Zaxbys service. Did not have clean bathrooms at 11:30 am. Did not have ketchup and would not provide a different sauce in lieu, which I would consider appropriate. Was told if I wanted sauce in lieu of product they were out of, ai would have to purchase. Gave no napkins, utensils etc. This was a drive thru order which I had to go in the store twice to get follow up materials.
Drive thru online closes at 10PM. My kids walked in to order at 9:30PM and were told they are no longer serving. Come to find out there were serving drive thru only. Very unprofessional, change the business hours. I would not have driven out of my way to order food from here I would have gladly spent my dollars elsewhere.
Very disappointed! I usually visit this place once a month since it’s not far from my house. I waited in line for probably about 30 mins which I didn’t mind since that’s usually the usual at that time (7ish). I ordered the chicken sandwich which was delicious. My fries and cookies were both old. The cookies taste as if they had been out for days and the fries were so greasy. They seemed to have been sitting all day and they warmed them up in the microwave. If I’m going to wait I prefer for my food to be hot and fresh. I hope they can fix this moving forward.
Ordered online for a pickup at the drive thru, As stated on receipt. I told the lady at the window my name and I had an online order to pick up. When I got home, I had someone in the drive thru's order. I tried to call, Their number rings about 20 times and hangs up. I go back there and go inside to explain the situation. My bag is still sitting on the counter taped up with my name on it. The drive thru lady says It was my fault for not coming in. I said, Look at the ticket, It clearly says drive thru and I mentioned that at the window. She screams out WHAT EVVAHH with a store full of folks. There was no offer to redo my order. I have an order that has been sitting outside for well over an hour. I will not eat it and take a chance on getting sick. I did call corporate and let them know how the store is being operated as the Owner has no phone listed and the Manager doesn't answer the phone at said location. My last 2 Door dash orders were missing food as well and some one else's order. I will never visit this location again. Time for them to get it together and hire some folks that can at least read..... Absolutely by far the worst Zaxby's that I have ever been to. Skip this one folks, Save the headache. I'll be disputing the charge on my card as well.
Waited almost thirty minutes in the drive thru line for our food. They told one car in front of us to park to the side and then the three cars behind us had to park. After waiting my husband just went inside and asked for our money back. Ended up giving us our food but half of it was wrong. Never coming back here again. This was 8/4/24 at 8pm.
This store needs to fire all their workers at night. This review is after the second visit. 1st time I arrived 20 minutes before they close and was told "we ain't got no mo food, it's all gone"... 2nd time I arrived 1 hour before they closed and was told, "we ain't got no wings". I asked what do you have? "Nothin really, we trying to close". Hire workers who will prepare food as long as they are open. Never had this problem at Chick-fil-A! "My pleasure!" 3 minutes before close...
