Our orders are never consistent. My husband and I always skip the slaw and get extra fries, and sometimes we look in the box to see barely 1 serving of fries. It’s also a 50/50 chance that they roll the tenders in sauce. Tonight, we got what looked like nuggets. The “tenders” are tiny and nothing like a year ago. I also order sweet tea and it will turn out to be unsweetened about 70% of the time.
Visiting this area and decided to grab a quick meal. I should have checked the container before leaving. I can't believe Zaxby's charges over $9 for ten of these very small, over-cooked boneless wings. The fries were decent. The service was okay, but far from great. We may never eat at Zaxby's again.
Dude i work at mcdonalds, its is not hard to get an order right the first time. Its also not hard to fix said order when you come back. Long story short dont go here they always mess up.
HORRIBLE! I would give no stars, but that wasn't an option! I paid $14.00 for 5pc wings, small ff. I don't mind paying more for good food. But... I got 5 tiny little dried out, rubbery wings that were at least a couple hours old. FF were dry, and hard. Even the bread was old and rubbery. I got half sweet and half unsweet tea. Or so it was labeled both tea containers were correctly, or so I thought. VERY SUGARY sweet tea. Sweet tea labeled unsweet. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. The staff were nice. I am saving my food and taking it back to them tomorrow. Don't waste you time and money on a restaurant that has gone to pot! It asks what dish I would recommend. None!
I asked the dark haired young lady at the window( Monday July 29 )how old she was. She answered 15. I asked because she was the most polite, friendly, professional employee I have ever had at a drive through window. I really hope she is valued and appreciated. She's incredible.
27 minutes to get a chicken finger plate and zalad. Then had to go back to the counter ask for the dressing because they forgot it. The only reason this location is faster than Popeyes is because Popeyes closed.

Ordered a family meal for dine in. Everything (chicken tenders, fries, and toast) was very fresh. Shirley was very helpful and accommodated my requests for water cups and extra plates quickly and with a smile. The food does take a while, but I've never had a "fast" Zaxby's experience in 15 years all across NC, so I won't fault this location. I recommend ordering ahead on the app when you can to reduce (although probably not eliminate) waiting time.
