This place is a total joke... Just spent 70 freaking dollars. Waited almost 35 minutes for them to close then bring my food to the same spot they asked me to pull too... checked my food to find half of it wasn't even there and 70 dollars of food. With 1 ranch and 1 Zac sauce... then backed up to the window where I ordered to see 5 employees wiping things down and not even acknowledging I was there, literally had to get out of my car, beat on the glass and ask for my shit... for them to tell me there closed and systems are down so I can't refund your money on what I didn't receive... This place clearly needs extreme management changes and a whole new training class on customer service.... to end it all.. the damn food was cold as hell... never again.... plus I'm going to report my card as fraud because I never got what I paid for... GET A GM THAT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.... and recommend to never stop here ever..
I love Zaxby's! I always try to stop at one when I'm traveling through the south since we don't have them in Ohio. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was one of the best I've ever had.
30 minute wait. Customers keep bring back food that was incorrect. Employees were clearly frustrated with each other. Suggest re-training and team building.
Ordered the Zensation salads and there was nothing zensation about it. Egg rolls were over cooked. Not much oriental slaw and compared to other Zaxbys costs more at over $11.00. Stop at the Zaxbys at exit 205 it is much better.
Long night after work got off and said hey I’m going to try zaxby wings. Ordered 20 wings and only got 10 and had to drive 10 miles back just to be offered a cookie for the inconvenience. Not only that I thought the cookie was a slap in the face and now my fiancé is growing hungrier so I had to wait another 10 min for a redo on my order with nothing for my inconvenience! Worst experience ever … i felt like the manager wasn’t showing enough sorry and concern!!!!????
Ordered my food at 12:38 WAS TOLD TO PULL UP TO SPOT 1 and didn’t receive my order until I WENT IN MYSELF AFTER WAITING TWENTY MINUTES. This is crazy. FAST FOOD. get a staff that wants to do their job. Stop wasting our time. I WANT A CONTACT AND A REFUND.
Very clean, fast and good food. Manager gave me a discount because I asked for something that wasn’t technically on the menu. Definitely didn’t need to, but that service doesn’t go unnoticed.
I’m not sure y my fries looked like this. How can I eat these? Let alone my kids. This is ridiculous too much salt. Zaxbys if I was still close by I would ask for a refund. The salt got on my kids grilled cheese and the chicken tenders so this was really a waste of my money and time stopping at this exit for food. Smh now I have to stop again to buy something else for me and my kids to eat. Check your food before leaving this establishment.
