I had an amazing experience shopping at Zara, thanks to Jada! She was incredibly helpful and informative throughout my visit. The staff are so rude here. No smiles or politeness. I was waiting for my friend in the changing rooms and asked a staff member where I could stand to wait for them. I stood where they told me to. Then two other employees come over, look at me and say something to each other before one of them harshly says to me “you need to move, you can’t stand there”. When I said that another one of their colleges told me I could stand there, they just ignored me. Honestly the staff at Zara are known for having the “couldn’t care less if you live or die” attitude and this store just proves it.
This is probably my favorite Zara store because of the size and also the collection of more of their higher-end items. They have more shoe styles than I have seen in other stores and the trends presented here tend to be in line with stores around such as Cos and Other Stories. Definitely check this Zara out of you just want to visit one Zara in the city but there are at least 2-3 other Zara stores within walking and train distance.
At the underground level, one of the fitting room staff members’ attitude was as bad as I owe him big money. We are here for good products and good services but not here to suffer anyone’s anger. Will never come to this location again.
Shopping experience is suppose to be fun but everyone in the fitting room is rude. For the prices you would think they would be friendlier in allowing help with friends on giving them opinions on outfits if they don’t alllow you to stand anywhere near them!
I am extremely disappointed with Zara’s customer service. They sent me a damaged item, refused my refund, and gave no clear explanation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not shop here again. Beware of their poor return policies and lack of accountability!
Zara at the corner of 6th and 42 is a great place to pick up some clothes at a reasonable price and stylish. I like their current winter men’s collection. Very well organized and clean.
They are rude and disrespectful. The manager named Irin was a mean and racist lady. She doesn’t know how to talk with the customer. She can’t solve a simple issue. How she become the manager I have know idea. HR should hire people very carefully and I am not going back to that store that’s for sure.
