Best WLM Reviews

Zapata’s food is among the best quality Mexican eateries around. Their waiters and waitresses are prompt, polite and pay extra attention to detail which earned an easy 20% tip without a second thought! We highly recommend eating here if you’ve never been!
My friend and I have been meeting here for lunch every couple of months over the last few years. The food and service are consistently good with plenty to choose from on the menu. There is also a lunch buffet (at least on Saturdays) which looks fresh and well supplied.
I tried a Cantarito cocktail today and was not disappointed. Our server, Caitlin H was very pleasant and attentive yet didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
Update: Service was not the best recently with our waitress being nowhere to be found most of the time. Fajitas were still good though.
The fajitas had a great flavor and made fantastic leftovers. They have plenty of seating so I don’t think you would ever have to wait for a table. My friend said the queso is great, so try that if you like that sort of thing! Their chips and salsa were great too.
I went in late and Charlie was very gracious in seating me and fixing me a delicious meal! He made great suggestions for my burrito and executed it to perfection. Please go for a very calm and satisfying end of the day meal!
I had the california burrito & street corn, a margarita & 2 shots of Don Julio. The place was clean, great music & my food was delicious. Good and drinks were made quickly & everything was fresh. Definitely will be back!!
My daughter and I went to the lunch buffet that was supposed to end at 3pm. We felt rushed out by the manager because he came to our table as we were eating to say they decided to close the buffet at 2 pm. We asked our waiter for boxes for food we were currently eating and he did oblige. However when we paid the bill the Mgr came over again to tell us next we can not get a box even after they closed the buffet early and made us feel uncomfortable to stay to finish our 1 plate. There will be NO next time for us. The manager is a very unpleasant and uncouth representative for the "old" Zapata hospitality we once enjoyed.
Place was packed on a Friday night. But how attentive our server was and how quickly our food came out you couldn't tell. The Strawberry Mango Margarita was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I ordered a Burrito not realizing it came with tomatoes. Was my error so wasn't going to say anything about. However our Waitress asked what was wrong, and made it right. Made a Burrito to go. To me that was above and beyond to make it right. I dropped the ball by not getting her name. Friday 1/28 working after 730pm. Would highly recommend this place and come back again.
My wife and I decided to come here for lunch, we needed a to go box for hers as she barely ate any of it. We got to the car and realized we left the box on the table, I came right back in for it & it was already thrown away. I ask if we can have it replaced because she didn't really eat it yet so almost the whole meal was in the box. At first the guy said he will get it replaced, then a few minutes later he returned to say he found the box in the trash and there was only a quarter of it in the box. Which like I said, she barely touched it. So we wasted our money and weren't treated properly after. We were being treated like we were trying to get something out of them, when we just wanted what we paid for.
