Best WLM Reviews
When I called to place a pick up order, I was unaware it was 6 minutes before closing. They took my order anyway and made exactly what I wanted. It was the first time I had their pizza and I must admit it was THE BEST pizza I've had in many years! To the crew that took my request and served me (with kindness to boot!) at closing, I give a hearty thank you. To the fella that made my pizza at closing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024: you served me food from heaven; it was so well done! Thank you. My only regret is that I do not live in Grove City to visit this establishment more often.
Me and my daughters love Zanzi's. My brother used to always recommend it but I didn't live in Grove City until a few years ago. I saw how good the prices are one day when I was working Door Dash. We tried it later on and were very happy with it. My youngest daughter doesn't let me get pizza anywhere else now. Lol. Always hot and fresh, prices are great, love the drive thru option. Good job.
!!EDITED!!
Due to poor customer service I am editing my last very positive 4 ☆ review to 1 star due to terrible customer service this time.
Today I've had my second bad experience with Daniel.
The first time a few weeks ago, I ordered from him & he was quite rude. I figured, we all have bad days and thought this may be the case and let it go... didn't even get his name.
Today, he was once again beyond rude and condescending. I was sure to get his name from my receipt this time.
I politely asked him to be sure my pizza had extra pep & extra cheese because last time I paid for it & it definitely didn't.
He then stated rudely that "if I say double pep and double cheese, that's exactly what I'll get."
He followed that rude comment with ... "Saying extra pep and extra cheese isn't going to give me what I want, there's no need to make it a puzzle (not sure what the puzzle comment meant) other than an opportunity to be arrogant & rude yet again.
And guess what? The pizza had hardly no cheese on it AGAIN! They did refund my money when I asked but used it as another opportunity to be condescending.
Just want to say, the ladies who work lunch most days are so wonderful! They are friendly, helpful and they know how to make a great pizza.
I was super excited to find Zanzies after moving to the area & came in a couple times a week. I will miss the womens kindness & ability to make good pizza because I won't be back in. There is no way I want to risk running into rude Daniel again. He is something else!
Great food and service. The gentleman with the exquisite man bun working the drive thru / front is awesome. Highly recommend.
Your employees are some of the nicest ones around and very efficent and the food is always delicious. I give 5 stars for the store but your CEO and his sorry attempt to hire people at a measley up to 13.50 an hour in this econmy is a joke and he gets -10 stars.
Service is good. Thier wings are awesome and they have the best orice per wing as well.
Great place to go for some high quality pizza at budget friendly price. Good competitor for Little Caesar’s.
Ok today was my first time ever eating here. My coworker told me about their personal pizza lunch special. I was a little hesitant on trying because seriously a $4 lunch that's good is a bit rare. However, it was actually quite delicious. Really love the fact that we ordered online and could go through the drive thru to pick it up. I will definitely be back to continue trying their menu.
