Ordered my favorite combo.
Taco Burrito large with extra onions,
And 2 mild Chilitos with onions!!
It still tastes the same back when I used to go to zantigos as a kid in the early eighties.
I hope it's open for at least another 30 more years.
Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everybody I know!
While it doesn't have the same nostalgia vibes to it for me as some other places, their flavors are definitely more traditional than places like Taco John's. The only critique I really have is that the spicy food (and "hot" hot sauce) were barely pushing mild on my palate. But that's a me thing, not a them thing.
I don't get it. I have been here a few times because of a coworker but have never experienced all the goodness everyone's talking about. It seems that items are microwaved or lacking freshness. Just didn't do it for me!!!
Wow their food is so delicious, all of it. I like Taco Bell but Zantigo’s is much better. The ancho fries are always fresh piping hot.
Do you want a more local taco bell?? This is it! High quality Americanized Mexican, but I'm a good Midwest way. Their new flat breads are great!
I go here about once a week. It has never disappointed, but does get pretty busy around noon. Much better than Taco Bell and the prices are similar.
The chilitos are always good! Nadia courteously and efficiently resolved an issue with my order. Keep up the good work!
Somehow, when I order chips and cheese I don't expect it to be tortillas with microwaved shredded cheese on top. Tacos were ok, mild sauce is pretty good. Tried the burrito and had to add a star, the rice was amazing!
