First time here. It was a fantastic experience. The food was awesome and made finger licking good a whole new experience. The hummus was flavorful as well as the muttabel gave it a whole new flavor. The pita was hot out of the oven and the chicken was moist and delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the spices were very complementary to the whole flavors. The service was quick and everything was perfect. The best part of the service was Sucy who made sure we were completely satisfied. Highly impressed. Will be back and highly recommended.
I have been coming here since they opened and the food is always good, the latino employees are always working hard and maintaining the place clean. Susy is very special. She is always smiling and interacting with the customers. She makes a difference in the mood of every customer. I really appreciate her customer service and also the other latino girls. I really like this place. Keep up the great work. ????????
July 9 today I eat here all the time. I love the people here they have amazing food amazing customer service the owners awesome they’re really attentive. They remember your name will maybe mine because I go there like three or four times a week because it’s a healthy diet plan but I dropped some money outside. I left I was gone about 10 minutes. I called they went outside. They found my money I came back. They had my money in a bag with my name on it because I’m frequent, but that’s what kind of honest people work at this establishment and I’m glad I went there And I’m glad I’m there and just appreciate the men and women that worked there very much. They’re great people. You don’t get that much honesty from people these days and Customer is really amazing. I think they’re awesome. Their food is great. Their service is great, and God bless them .

They forgot to give me 2 chickens while I paid for 2, and when I got home I noticed it’s only one! and they didn’t even give me a refund.
I spoke with the manger over the phone and she told me that she’s gonna process a refund, but she never did. This happened again!
Used to be good but as they have expanded now it’s just overpriced cheap chicken. We went back more than a year ago and that was even pushing it…just not worth it for what you get and just overall seems the quality has gone down. The service has always been bad at any one of them I I ever went to back in the day.and just seems like the workers from whatever country they came from could do whatever they want in respect to to the customers.. we most likely will never go back
Today coming into this Zankou made my day a much better one. I must say that as busy as this restaurant is, one specific employee went above & beyond to give me the best customer service after the cashier overcharged me & didn't even get my order right. MEHAR gave me my food, I was not happy that I got something I didn't order. She quickly fixed my order & made sure that I got anything else I needed as I waited because the food is cooked fresh as you order it & takes a good 15 minutes to make. More people need to go out of their way to be this sweet & nice as this associate MEHAR has helped me. I ate the plate that they made me but I wasn't happy about it & so she made sure to make me a fresh batch of what I did order originally. She kept asking if I was ok & if I wanted something while I waited for my food to get cooked. Remember I had to wait 15 minutes from the moment I ordered and then to get the wrong meal and then have to wait again that's a good 30 minutes of my time that I don't have to be wasted on my food being incorrect. Yet when you have a worker like MEHAR being on top of you & your needs as she understands it was a mistake by another associate really changed an upsetting experience into a Great one! All in all she was so helpful, very nice & understood that my time is precious & shouldn't be wasted, that meant everything to me. When you have good associates working for your company like that , ones who appreciate their customers really go out of their way to make your day better It really makes me want to spread the word to others of how great the employees are at this restaurant. Highly recommend coming here for great & fast service
I have been in evening single Zankou Chicken place. This place is different. Much nicer, newer, bigger, and has nice patio. The waiting time wasn't bad. The chicken kaba plate was cooked perfectly the rice was delicious but little comparing to most of the other location. Customer service is great. It's a little bit pricey
Food was great but the restaurant was super hot. With 105 degree weather outside you would like to dine at a nice and cool place. But here the restaurant was 85 degrees and staff couldn’t turn the AC down. Management should take this into account, as it is a bad experience for the guests.
