Wow!! One serving is plenty of food for 2 people to share. Chicken entree was delicious, good smokey flavor.
Food was so so. We had the bbq chicken and Texas style brisket which was total of $58 including tax. Brisket was cold and tough to eat. 1 piece of chicken was just perfect and the other piece was dry and flavorless. Kinda disappointed - really thought food would be good. Price is high but that’s expected for theme parks.
Alfred, the man working the register today (10/30/24) is very helpful and was the best customer service we have received on our vacation. He has a great personality and seems to really care about customer experience.
I tried the pulled pork when I was there this past weekend. The pork was over cooked and the sauce they put on was extremely salty. The long line was not worth the wait. My friend said the brisket was good, but is it really worth a 20-30 minute wait in line? They were very slow dishing up the food.
the staff was super rude and answering simple questions about the all day dining looked like a sacrifice to them.
the barbecue was good but the bread and the mac and cheese were dry and cold. I think the beans were the only good thing in this meal
Surprisingly good brisket and a fresh salad. The worst part was standing in the extremely hot and stuffy line but fast service once you get your drinks.
Maybe it was an off day but the brisket was super dry and bland. The fries were a little soggy and too salty. Absolutely no ambiance. It's cafeteria style. Really disappointing after seeing that some folks thought the brisket was so good.
We came on a Thursday and the staff were rude and dismissive. The food was dry and rough. The best thing this establishment serves is a sprite. The sprite was good.
