I ordered a 14 in simple basil pizza through uber along with the garlic parmesan breadsticks. The pizza was inspected by TC and lets just say it is a peperoni pizza with no basil. I called the restaurant to let the manager know because I would want to know if I was running the restaurant. The manager apologized said they would remake if I would pick it up myself I already spent $50 to get this delivered so why would I come pick it up myself. They didn't offer to make it right in the future next time I wanted to order from them. Very disappointed by how this situation was handled by the manger no less. I gave them a chance to make it right before writing a review because I know mistakes happen.
The service was great but I don’t like the clubs atmosphere and selections on a random Tuesday evening. Too much cursing and I had my children. It don’t have to be the same way every night especially when it’s not the weekend.
I stumbled on this place by accident. It was late in the afternoon, and there’s a burger place up the street I’ve been wanting to try. But it was packed and I couldn’t find a parking spot. So I decided to get Mexican at La Familia. They were closed for…some reason. So I decided to try the pizza place next door. I got the “Meatza”, which is a multi-meat pizza. It was REALLY good, and came with a Ranch-like dipping sauce that was really fantastic.
The girl working there, Alexa, was super friendly. The only downside is that there’s no place to sit and eat…it could benefit from a couple of tables. Next time I get a hankering for pizza, I’m going to hit up this place again…I’ll just know to order ahead for takeout!
I’m in utter disbelief that this place has 4.1 stars. It’s hard to fathom how terrible this pizza really was. I compared it to chewing on a tire. If you told me someone painted a pizza on a piece of cardboard and served me that I’d believe you. The cheese and pepperoni pizza had no flavor, matter fact it tasted disgusting. Out of 4 people not one of us finished a singular piece and we ended up throwing it away. Keep in mind we were all starving and could have eaten just about anything, but this crossed the line by a mile. Never left a review in my life but I honestly feel this restaurant disrespected my family and all the others out there by serving us something this atrocious. I sincerely hope you guys fix this god awful recipe
I am a frequent traveler around the world. I just happened to be in Fort Worth Texas and stumbled across this quaint Pizza place, Zalat Pizza. I ordered a unique menu pizza and was met by one of the best customer service examples I have come across in Wiktoria. She was kind, and dang can she make a pizza. I had that pizza, came back the next night for more pizza, & then as I traveled home I had a surprise from a friend who brought me a pizza from Fort Worth to Salt Lake City Utah. And it tasted fantastic. I highly recommend this pizza for anyone in the Fort Worth area. And to the fantastic Wiktoria, you are tremendous and should start TED talks on how to have excellent customer service. #FanforLife@ZalatPizza
The app said our pizza would be ready from 12:45-1:00. We stood waiting for our pizza and the workers were moving EXTREMELY slow without a care in the world that we were in a rush. We ordered for a specific time for a reason and didn’t get our pizza until 1:15. It took them so long to do one thing.
Absolutely fantastic! The Pho Shizzle and Pineapple Express pizzas are freaking phenomenal! Fresh ingredients, hand-made crust that isn't too thin/doughy; do yourself a favour & try this place!! The staff - man, just really outstanding folks!
I used to get Zalat in Dallas all the time so I was very excited to order from here. I ordered online through DoorDash and when my pizza was delivered, 1/2 the toppings were gone because they stacked the sirancha on top of the pizza. Who the heck does that? I tried to call to reach management and of course no one answers the phone. All I wanted to do was treat my hardworking team to my favorite pizza and and spend $50 to receive this? Do better.
