It was a takeout. The owner / attendants we're friendly and courteous. Food quantity was good but not value for money. The ingredients could be fresher. But can recommend the place. Not a big place to dine in, would recommend to take out.

I ordered a Mediterranean salad and lamb kabob. The salad had lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. No olives or red onion, and normally I would get the cucumber dressing with pita on the side. When I asked about the olives the lady said olives are extra. In the past whenever I ordered a Greek salad it always had olives in it.... what is a Greek salad? The lamb was placed on top of the salad, instead of on a skewer with bell pepper and onion like I expected a kabob to be. The place is clean, the food was fresh, but not what I expected for the price I paid. I was really disappointed.
Good food. One of my favorite places to est healthy. Anytime I want medeterain food I run to Zakys to satisfy my craving and hunger. The employees treat you very well and are very hospitable. Always take care of you like a true valued customer. I never feel like there just there to take your money.
First Time I ordered for Lunch and Through Door Dash it was Absolutely Delicious!!!! 2nd Time same thing Lunch and DoorDash and it was soooo Bad!!! The rice was washed out not it’s normal yellow color No flavor.. My Chicken Was At least a Day Old ???? Smelled Like Raw Chicken it was so Bad I got the big box Too paid $25 and some change and It sucked !!!!
I encountered this place somewhat by accident, but I'm glad I did. Some of the best falafel I have eaten, and really good side salad. The store was clean and the service was good.
The food used to be amazing and the previous workers here were very friendly. I had been going here for many years.
However, I recently went in and now they have this extremely rude woman working there who had a bad attitude towards the customers. She charged my friend for a full combo that included a drink and told him that the combo did not include a drink only for him to pay for one.
The food quality also went down. The beef and lamb shawarma used to be so fresh and tasted delicious. Now it's not so good and more pungent if you will.
Needless to say unless they go back to their old ways and fire this horrible person, I won't be returning there.
One thing my husband and I are always looking for is great food and great service. These things are hard to come by nowadays, but not here. We were blessed to meet the owner and team members. Our food was delicious and fresh. Definitely a gem ???? new local find.
I've been ordering from Zaky's for years and it is always AMAZING! Yesterday after a long day I went to grab some dinner for the family. They were all sold out of the rotisserie chicken so I was a little disappointed but not for long! Natasha and the other woman ( I'm sorry I can't remember the spelling of her name) suggested I get the protein plates. While I was waiting Natasha was so sweet and made me a snack. That was such a sweet thing to do and it was yummy!
The plates I ordered had 3 skewers each of chicken, lamb and steak. 3 sides and salad.. It came with pita and garlic sauce. The meat was cooked to perfection everything was delicious. My husband and my friend who was over for dinner loved it! My friend loved it so much she went back the next day. The food is fresh, delicious and generous portions. But it was the service that made it next level.. It was the a half hour before closing time and they treated me like a queen! So appreciate that after a long hard work day. I highly recommend this Zaky location. If you see Natasha say Liz sent you.
