I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Zaguan’s. I ordered the 1.5 - ham, cheese & veggies omelet, only to discover a roach under my food. This was absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined my meal.
Not only was this a serious health hazard, but it also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant. I immediately informed the staff, and they even did not apologize. I demanded a refund. Cleanliness is non-negotiable in any dining establishment, and I am shocked that such an issue could occur.
I won’t be returning and urge others to be cautious when dining here. I sincerely hope they take this incident seriously and improve their hygiene standards moving forward.
Had the Maroon coffee… it’s strong and bitter if that’s your liking . The beef and chicken empanadas are flavorful but a touch greasy .
This is one of my favorites in Dallas. They have a great selection of food from throughout the Caribbean and Latin American. The bakery has great croissants and cookies filled with chocolate, caramel, or guava.
Cute spot, amazing food and pleasant atmosphere with a delicious Venezuelan menu and sweets to take on the go! Will definitely be back. Friendly and kind staff. Thank you
We love the food here. It’s a different style of South American food for people to enjoy. The chacapas are our favorite! So much so we have offered them as a breakfast item at our bed and breakfast. My son ordered a type of sandwich and loved the flavor of the meat. We will be back
Giving 5/5 stars to Zaguan for coordinating a successful luncheon for a private party of 50 guests for us! We really enjoyed having the majority of the restaurant reserved for our party. Food was delivered hot, fresh, and consistent with our previous dine-in experiences. Highly recommend!!

The food here was really tasty. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the employees were very friendly and attentive. I recommend trying this restaurant for some authentic and flavorful dishes!
