I ordered 5 tacos de asada and they did not give me any lime or onions, they are expensive and not even well prepare? This is embarrassing, other taquerias give you a lot of sides for the tacos, onion, rábanos, chiles and lime. Not coming back, not worth the price and service was terrible. Lady gave me the plastic bag to put the tacos in my own bag and when you call to place an order they don’t tell you, you have to enter through the back door
Charged me for the wrong order and after trying to correct it, they still got it wrong and charged me extra. To add the food was bad. I stopped going for a reason, should have never went back They secured the deal, I will never go back.
Ordered a burrito with extra meat($3.50) and extra sour cream and cheese. Upon receiving the burrito I noticed it riggt away, it was even lighter than normal????♂️. I went and asked if they added the extra meat, and they asked if it was because it was so liggt. I said of course. And I had also asked for it to be cut in half, theu took it back and looks like they loaded it with a little more rice, but that's it. It was cold, it wasn't cut in half and had no extra of anything I asked for, smdh. And the waiters are smart a$$es. Got to the one on harlem and Pershing, their burritos are fire and loaded when asked. I only gave it 2 stars because at least it didn't taste horrible, I guess just the service isn't what it should be.(cookers and waiters)
The cashier Madelin V on 11/16/24 at 19:24 mess my burrito order up 3 times!! Then she had the nerve to make it seems as if it was my fault smh. This location don’t have to worry about receiving my business ever again. Thanx and to Madelin V for her horrible service.
I've been going here for years and is getting worse and worse. Ordered a steak burrito and was filled with mostly rice. This place is Penny pinching.
Previously we ordered a avocado torta and received a lettuce torta.
Won't be back, quality has gone downhill.
The worst “torta de pollo” I ever had.
I was craving for a nice delicious torta mexicana, instead I got this dry, tasteless piece of bread, chicken, lettuce, tomato, a piece of avocado and some mayo. No beans?
I would suggest to the cook: use some butter and warm up the bread, add refried beans and use some dark chicken meat (not just breast).
Bring some jalapeños en vinagre to your clientele.
Waitress never showed up and I had to call a guy and order a couple tacos, because I was still hungry.
Great food... great vibes... server was a Lil ugh... but over all will Def eat there again.
Food is usually pretty good. The kitchen is disgusting though. Walked past several times and the floor and cooking area is always unclean. Service is good but need to be more proficient with the English language. Prices are also steep.
