Will not be going back didn't make the right order got it all wrong girl at the window seemed like she had a attitude burt crumbs from the grill not being cleaned all over the bun and burger. Waste of money.
We were in town visiting and stopped there to get food for 5 of us. The woman over the speaker box was so rude, told us their system shut down and we'd have to wait 15 mins but then proceeded to take the next person's order. Needless to say we never received our food and they never came back to tell us if the system was up. When we drove off she was smiling and laughing out the window.
I’m just gonna stop eating fast food. Found a roach in my food yesterday night at Zacadoo’s off on Baytree. THANK GOD I CHECKED MY FOOD BEFORE EATING!!! I went right back over there to get a refund and she at first refusing to do the refund and saying how she didn’t know how the roach got in my food, my husband had to get out of character in order for her to get the food back and my refund. Best believe I called the health department this morning. OHHH AND THE ROACH WAS STILL ALIVE.
Last time ill go there. Little girl at the window with the attitude can't get a simple order right. Asked for pickle, onion and cheese with ketchup. Got lettuce, pickle and no sauce whatsoever. Lettuce is covered in burnt crums because the grill is probably gross af. Seriously would of been better at McDonald's.
I had to repeat my order at the window 3 times (1 chili dog with only ketchup, onion, and chili and 1 slaw dog with only coleslaw)
I guess the conversation inside was too good for the employee at the window to give me her full attention. I mean, I understand how important dramatic relationships outside of work can be ????
So I pull around to the next window and I have to wait longer than I thought I would to be greeted..... So when the girl finally opens the window and acknowledges me, I hear more of the conversation regarding how "maybe you & him are just meant to be"
So my total was like $6.37. I hand her 2 $5's and have to wait a good 2 minutes before she can be bothered to give me my change. The window shuts again and it's another 5 minutes before I get my hot dogs - one of which is made completely incorrect.
So now the time has come! She hands me my bag and I pull out of the driveway to make sure my order is correct.
The slaw dog is correct, but my other hot dog is made with what looks like extra ketchup and mustard. So of course I pull back around to get what I ordered. So I sit there another 5 minutes and finally get my bag.
(Not sure why it's taking so long - I'm the only person in line and there are about 8-10 employees inside)
I open my chili dog and it looks like just cooked hamburger meat with chili seasoning on it.
I leave at this point. Extremely frustrated so I call and speak with the manager.
She says she's confused because the chili looks pretty good right now.
So in an effort to be mature, I get her managers name (Erica) and I will be in touch with her first thing in the morning.
Y'all need to tighten up and act a bit more professional when you're working in someones establishment.
Highly dissatisfied
Just because you can do the work does not mean you’re fit to do it. The young lady working the second window is so rude. Spoke with the manager 2 days ago. Just to receive the same horrible customer service again today. It’s clear they hire anyone & is taken for a joke. I’ll be calling corporate today.
This location is the closest to my home but I would say over the past 6 months there has been a noticeable decline in the food. Everytime we get food from here the cheddar rounds are either super old or kinda old and filled with grease which was never an issue before. The fries are always barely cooked with no seasoning and the chicken is hit or miss. Really tired of spending my money and getting non edible food in return.
The food is unappetizing, and there are roaches in the building. There's also constant water leakage while you're working, and the managers are extremely rude.
