Called ahead and asked for a table for 8. They sat us down immediately at 4:20pm. Did not get our food until 5:52, almost two hours later. Olivia H. our server still added the 20% gratuity fee nevertheless regardless of the extreme disappointment and kept offering us free things when all we wanted was our food. We appreciated the offer but we can tell she was trying to compensate for the fact that our food too so long and she did not communicate that nor check on our table consistently. Not to mention when the food came out it the noodles in the pasta looked uncooked and dry like it had been sitting out and the pizza had carbon on it and it looked so unappetizing because it looked like mold. They ran out of silverware as well. It was empty. Just a MESS! I’ve been here more times than I can count, terrible experience, won’t be recommending it to anyone.
Good service and great food in a cozy atmosphere - great for families and friends, but sometimes finding parking is challenging.
I came here multiple times with my family. Pizzas are prepared well - get a little extra cheese if you're used to cheesy pizza - otherwise, pizzas tend to be more saucy. The okra was great, spinach artichoke dip was ok, and the fountain drinks (sodas) were flat (needed a little more syrup as well as carbonation). The servers here are friendly and accommodating. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience here.
Za's is always a great place for pizza and atmosphere! It's usually pretty busy at peak hours but it's for a reason. Upscale take on pizza and wine/beverage combinations that won't disappoint! We are rating pizza places so the only reason it gets 4 stars is because in our opinion (me and my 2 boys) Old Chicago is so far King of pizza taste and crust combo although Za's isn't far behind.
I was invited to Za's on Devine part of a event. They have a parking lot in front of their restaurant. But if you cannot find parking there is also parking on the side streets.
When I went in I told the hostess that we were part of the event. She then showed us where to go. There was a private room to the left of the restaurant. We then sat down at a table the waitress came right over and told us that we could go up for food shortly the staff was going to be putting out the food on along a long table. The staff was very polite to us and asked us if we needed anything to let them know. I could only comment on this in this review on what was offered to us from this event. They had a unlimited Pizza Buffet cookies and brownies and salad also they had pasta, sweet tea and water. We weren't able to order off the menu. But these items that were offered for this event we were told that they do have them on the menu as well as other things that weren't offered.
I started off with the salad it was not bad at all it was fresh and tasted delicious. After moving on from that I moved on to the pizza it was also very delicious and unique with different types of toppings that they offered on it tasted very delicious as well as homemade. They also had dessert chocolate chip cookies they were a perfect touch.
I am going to have to come back to this place and try their regular menu since there event that we had there was so good.
From out of town and was in the mood for some good pizza. Being from NY and Italian I was skeptical. Saw this on googles “best list” and man they weren’t kidding.
The restaurant is so nice. Great ambiance.
I ordered a peroni but it wasn’t cold so Colette put it on ice!! She was such a great waitress. She didn’t rush me which was amazing after a 10hour drive. ????????????????????
I then ordered the small Greek salad, the breadsticks, and a small traditional with olives spinach onions and tomatoes.
Everything was absolutely delicious. I was stuffed to the brim.
This is a must place for some amazing food!

My family and I have been to Za’s quite a few times and the service , food , and energy in the restaurant have been warm & inviting! One off night should not dictate how the establishment runs daily .We have all been there one time or another and should have compassion for the team trying to make the best experience they can for you, it’s their livelihood. Keep up the great work Za’s!! Mangia!!
Wonderful atmosphere with a game playing on the TV, like at any kind of upscale pizza joint, Service was nice. However, my dad kept ordering beers that they no longer serve, which I think they should either update their beer menu or make a note for the customers, so they'd know ahead of time and all. We ordered a shrimp pizza, which was DELICIOUS!!!???????????? I'm definitely coming back here again to get some more of it!
My choice tonight was Za's! From the appetizer, to the entrée, they served good delicious food.
Appetizer I chose the spinach dip, which came with the delicious soft bread.
My entrée was the blackened chicken pasta, with added shrimp. Not much to say but delicious is the word!
Customer service was great!
