Don't let the people in the back touch your nails i asked for the nail techs in the front by the door they said no they insisted i go to the guy in the back as all the rest sat there and played cards my nails needless to say look like crap then I try a pedicure this guy did a fair job but painted and removed polish twice i just sat and didn't say a word cause I was already ticked off about how my nails looked. You'll be ok if you insist on nail tech near the door but don't let anyone else touch you nails my nails are inconsistent and uneven with ridges on the sides. They are supposed to be coffin look nothing like it. Before I left i bought the look of my nails to Lynn the manager who was the one that insisted I go to the back when I arrived and went and played cards with everyone else. She did offer to redo them after she looked at them she also apologized and then discounted them 50% it's not about the money as I was not asking for or expected a discount i did convert that to a tip I do drive an hour each way to come specifically to this nail shop so I wanted to go home with quality work Lynn did explain she only does nail by appointment so in the future to schedule an appointment if i would like her to do them now the look great. Changing from 1 star to 3 due to the initial circumstance and 30 minutes additional time to fix them.
Amazing all-around! Amazing customer service and amazing final results! I called and they were able to get me in the same day! Usually it’s by appointments only but I lucked out. Absolutely fun environment and great customer service and absolute professional, and great job on my nails! I will forever be a customer! Thank you again for everything you guys! So fun!
My nail tech was Tom and let me tell you he is the nicest guy and he does great work!! It was the fast acrylic nails I’ve ever gotten and great quality. Thanks Tom I appreciate you and your art.
Loved it here! The girls were really nice and professional. Took pride in their work do make every detail just right. You cannot beat the price either!! That makes for a bigger tip ! Excellent job. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone
I did not have an appointment, however, they were able to get me in very quickly. No tickles, no pain, it was great!
Their new guy toney I had a bunch of pic and wanted to do like 3 sets in one for fun and he pulled it off did just as good as Lynn, Alex ,and Henry if you go their a lot you know. Love my new set my grandma went we get pedicures she gets a manicure and I get my nails done once a month we love it
Uhhg, never again $35.00 for a fill to be burned by the dremel, and i had to tell him to file down my sides they were so sharp, and he was going to leave them like that! It's not a good quality. Fill limps bumps and pain. Not to mention that the nail techs were all playing games and watching videos while the newby did my fill he REALLY needs more practicewith the dremel it hurts when you hit the cuticle or he spends to much time on 1 spot (atleast 5 times), NOBODY talks in there or welcomes you when you walk in just pick your color.
I asked specifically for 1 finger to have a sparky top coat, and he did them all. And stop watching videos and playing games. Clean your damn fish tank! Those poor fish they must be 6in of alge in that thing. Makes me wonder how clean they keep the tools, etc, NEVER AGAIN the worst $35 I've ever spent.
I do not recommend this salon! I had made an appointment for 3 acrylic sets and everything was fine so far until I got seated with one of the ladies. She started putting the tips on and filing, and then she had told me to go to someone else so then I got seated with a man this time. This whole time they were acting like they did not want to do my nails, I got them a little long with the coffin shape. I got seated with someone else AGAIN, but this time it was with a different lady. She started cutting the tips off and ripping them off which hurt so bad, they looked fine to me but she had said she liked her coffin tips better. She started drilling the glue off my nails which burnt so bad and my nails literally felt like they were on fire. My nails came out looking somewhat similar to my picture I had in mind, but I felt like they were judging me the entire time. It came time to pay and I didn’t want to tip her considering she damaged my nails by ripping the tips off but she literally watched all 3 of us while we paid to see if we tipped. The cherry on top, I don’t think they clean their tools either. Take your money somewhere else!
