For over a decade this place rock's. Next to Rams Horn Downtown Allen Park on Southfield. We've had many dozens of fabulous meals. A quaint dining room holds about 20 hungry folks and lots of takeout orders from open till close. Hey they have delivery straight from the store. Our absolute favorite Chicken Platter the Famous Z Shawarma Platter just over 20 bucks feeds us with half for leftovers. Three types of Chicken be Breasts, Tawook and Shawarma sliced rigatoni off the spit. Comes with Fatoush Salad and Rice, Pita Bread and Toum Garlic Sauce. It a true mega Deal ???? WOWED everytime, we enjoy dining inside also has a outdoor patio and restroom. I added a order of Deep Fried Kibbie and Falafel both outrageous delicious ????. They sell hundreds of Shawarma sandwiches everyday day both Chicken and Beef off the turning spits the real deal. Great Lebanese family Baba and two son's who live in Dearborn. I was visiting Detroit and wanted to eat middle eastern food, I found this place near to the hotel and I can’t complain: the food was delicious, we got dessert and had to get more cause we were obsessed with the baklava. We ordered the meat shawarma platter, the chicken shawarma sandwich and the falafel order. The service was also 100/10 , they were very nice and attentive
Best Shawarma in town and I would argue the best in MI. Anytime I’m craving it, this is my go to place! It’s fairly priced and they’re always friendly. I paid about $12 for all this! Try it you won’t be disappointed. ????

Meat was roasty, plenty of it, it was wrapped perfectly - I normally don't like sauces, but even THAT was amazing!

Z Shawarma is hands down my top pick for shawarma in the city so far. Their chicken shawarma sandwich is on a whole other level. The marination they use is simply divine, resulting in chicken that's tender, crispy, and bursting with flavor! And when you add in their garlic sauce and pickles, it's a winning combination that's hard to beat.
