I had a facial with Brandi M. and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! Sooo relaxing. She is thoughtful and made me feel comfortable from the start. She is very knowledgeable as well. My skin was soft and glowing after. I would highly recommend her! The salon itself is fabulous as well. I also took advantage of the sauna and steam room during my visit. It was all in all a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go again.
Mahlah is a miracle worker. So grateful to have found her. I mean look at this transformation!

The front desk lady was extremely helpful in assisting me explaining in detail about botanical Kinects lotion. I don't know her name but her hair was colored green. Very nice lady. I feel so bad about not knowing her name sorry
Claudia was awesome! She listened to what I would like and delivered exactly what I wanted! I loved the Z salon experience from the moment I entered and was greeted with a warm welcome, to my departure. It was a wonderful experience and I will return.
I see Stephanie for a 90 minute facial and it is always the most relaxing and refreshing experience! I don't prioritize much for myself but that is the service i will chose above every other! She makes it the best possible experience and for somone who has very high standards when it comes to customer service and touch, that is saying something! I can't recommend her enough she is the best at what she does!
It was my first time here. Everyone was welcoming and nice. The atmosphere in the spa area was so relaxing. But the best part was the amazing massage that I had. I came in with shoulder and neck stiffness and left with none. Russell did an amazing job. I rebooked and am looking forward to my next one.
Just came in for a shopping experience to pick up some shampoo & conditioner for a friend as a Christmas gift. The staff was incredibly unprofessional... I stood there waiting in line for two employees to finish giggling about a conversation of theirs in which you could tell they were talking about another employee behind their back. Once the one girl walked away the other one looked up at me as if she was startled and completely changed her demeanor and voice and tried to act professional. At that point I was just annoyed. The store was clean, beautiful, and shelves were stocked.... I just wish the staff had been more professional esp at a time when people need it the most.
