Best WLM Reviews
I was on a video black jack hot streak last night and then got kicked out because I wasn't losing. The gaming boss said 'We can't keep you happy here anymore, you need to leave." While watching me on the cameras he did a full background check on me saying he knows where I live and work etc... I didn't do anything wrong, so I'm not sure what the intimidation was for. Pretty disappointed in this establishment. Definitely not returning
Nice facility with multiple games. Fair experience. No cocktail waitress to be seen and no place for self serve soda/water. Staff was few in general. Could be more friendly if there were floor staff.
Worst casino and hotel in Black hawk The place is run down and dumpy and the rooms are Terrible. The manager Anthony or Tony is a pos and a liar. He charged me 2x for 1 night and lied about it. He was totally rude when I spoke to him and I had a print out when I left that showed 1 night. Learn how to treat your clients or soon you will have a lot less.
Z casino and you sister sister dragon trigger awesome staff at both places. Not z casino and hotel.... Well that's for another review.
James was absolutely amazing in the prime rib restaurant the prime rib was Phenomenal and the service is great absolutely loved james I highly recommend the prime rib and the saladbar and soup were awesome
I went upstairs to get a Red Bull and some water. There was nobody at the counter. There was a manager watching free games with a customer telling me she was telling the guy on lunch to come help me out. She continue to watch the free games and then when the guy finally came back 30 minutes She ordered her own food her own frappe and made me wait even longer. I don’t understand why she couldn’t cash me out for a simple water or Red Bull. She could she need to go hang out with the customer and watch Free games with him. The guy at the front was irritated and annoyed. There was no nacho cheese sauce. There was no condiments ready this place sucks and nobody wants to work there and they get irritated if you ask for anything, do not waste your money or come here.
Great casino. Staff goes around giving it drinks quite often and they are really nice. The floors of casino to check out.
7/2/22-This is just your average casino. Their restaurant is mostly closed down. The woman up their was having to deal with a lot of unhappy people about that. They have some grab and go type food and they will let you sit at the tables to eat it. Your best bet is to go to a different casino near by for food. We tried the "Starbucks" coffee here and it was horrible.
