⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a great stay at YVE Hotel Miami! The service was outstanding, especially from Melissa Castillo, who truly made an effort to ensure my comfort. She provided excellent local recommendations and was genuinely attentive.
However, I did find the parking situation a bit inconvenient as it is a block away from the hotel and valet is $55 but its the same for the rest of the hotels there! Despite this, the hotel is clean and fantastic staff made my trip enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future!
This hotel is definitely not one I would pick again!!! Well at 10:30 am we got a letter slid under the door saying the water would be off from 11:00 to 4:30 didn't come back on until after 5:00 pm the water pressure in the shower barely comes out, after a concert only one elevator worked, the sink in the restroom is almost touching the toilet it’s that small.. I can barely bend over in there, only two outlets work but you have to unplug the light to use it. I had to charge my phone in the restroom. The only plus is it's across the street from Bayside but I won't be back I will check other locations in the area very disappointed especially paying the amount I paid!!!
1st of all the hotel smelled like sewerage as soon as we walked in the building. We were given a room in the "penthouse". The room smelled musty. The carpet was stained. It was damp in the room. The bathroom fixtures and the room itself was very old and outdated. I refused to stand on the floor barefoot and reluctantly took a shower (after a long flight) with shower shoes on my feet. The bath towels were old and had strings on them. My husband sat in the window sill because he refused to sit on the bed. Ultimately we went down the street 3 blocks and got another room at another hotel called "The Elser". It was brand new, for the same price. It was much cleaner, more modern and way better than the YVE. I would NEVER, EVER stay in that dump again!! It was the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed in.
I recently stayed at Yve Hotel Miami and was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, despite being an older property. It’s conveniently located near the port, making it perfect for cruise travelers. The standout feature was the amazing manager, Melissa, whose friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff makes a difference. If you're looking for a clean place with great service near the port, I highly recommend Yve Hotel!
Absolutely beautiful property. The view from any of the room sis great. The location was perfect right in front of Bayside. Made getting food very easy and getting around Miami simple. They were able to accommodate me last minute after getting off a cruise ship early Monday morning.
My stay at YVE Hotel Miami was fantastic! The service was top-notch, especially from General Manager Melissa Castillo, who made me feel truly valued. She offered great local recommendations and ensured my visit was perfect. The hotel itself is dated but very clean and centrally located. I highly recommend it!
Frederico was very kind and quick to assist with everything I needed. The check in process was seamless. My room was nice and as I described. It is a clean, beautiful hotel and in a wonderful area. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
I reached out to the hotel before the cancelation deadline when I read that the parking was $55. I inquired if my reservation included parking because there were many better hotel options if not. I was assured that it included parking. I arrived with my mobile impaired husband and was told very indignantly by Claudio at the front desk that “ there is no way you got that rate with parking…I am sorry my colleague misinformed you” Mind you it is 9pm Thanksgiving evening and he told me I could find a parking garage outside if I did not want to pay the rate. I am a woman…with a husband that can’t accompany me and I am suppose to walk the streets of Miami alone to find parking. i went to valet hoping my husband would not realize the price but the valet driver said “ you know it is $55 to park” to which my husband said that is ridiculous. i left him and proceeded to find a parking garage a couple blocks away for $20. I am not cheap but $55 to park when they are going to put my car in a $20 lot is wrong. We got to our room… Savvy King…no hand towels, went for ice on our floor…no ice…went to front desk and spoke to Claudio after i said our phone doesn’t work so I could not call about the fact that the ice machine doesn’t work..As I am standing there with an ice bucket in my hand he said..”ice is on 10 and 14”..we were on floor 4…He could have cared less. The next morning I was checking out an met Claudia…a delightful woman with a smile. I said “ oh how delightful someone with a smile. She inquired why I was unhappy and I told her. I shared my disappointment with Claudio…and moved on. Never again. I rarely write reviews unless it is to alert others to the poor service. This hotel is on Biscayne Blvd…you would think it is a higher end of service. I got better service from my Cruise Shuttle personel. The reason for my post is BEWARE of hidden fees and lack of service. Do not book a Savvy King…to not even have hand towels was crazy. Plus our view was the back of a building. I did not really care about the view..but no hand towels.
