If I could leave 0 stars I would. This doctor has no regard for her patients! She will say one thing but do another. Her listening skills are subpar and she is already talking before you can finish your statement. During my first appointment I was discussing options and she cut me off to curtly let me know there were other doctors in my area I could transfer to. When I switched to another doctors, at some point in the process, she closed out one of my medication unbeknownst to me and has caused me unimaginable inconveniences. I found a new doctor asap! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! On the contrary the nurses were very friendly and accommodating!
Dr. Thomas is an outstanding physician. She listens and I never feel rushed when I am in her office. She answers all my questions and we discuss any changes that may or may not need to be made in my care.
The office has never filed my insurance correctly. Have to call billing every time I go there. Keep thinking each time it will change. Even talked to them in person. Called main feedback number. Just part of problem at second floor. Test results refills etc...good luck. Changing to another location or St Francis since 4th floor is the same.

I'm extremely dissatisfied by my recent experience at this institution and do not intend to ever return. It took the doctor nearly an entire day to write me a much-needed and time-sensitive prescription that could have been called-in in minutes. I called the office multiple times, but it went nowhere. Eventually, I drove to the office hoping that that might expediate things. It did not. I was ignored by the office and only received the prescription about a half hour before the office closed that day. Do yourself a favor and find an establishment that attempts to care.
This was my first appointment with this doctor. Scheduling was easy and the woman at the front desk was sweet. Dr. Thomas’s nurse was lovely, but I was very disappointed in my visit with Dr. Thomas. She only spent about 5-7 minutes speaking with me. During this time, she did not get to know me as a new patient. I do not enjoy leaving a bad review, but I do care about receiving quality healthcare. If you are looking for a primary care physician that spends time really discussing things with you during the appointment you schedule, that was not my experience with this particular doctor.
I woke up not feeling well and got a appointment that day with my doctor. I was very happy to get in and get checked out. Dr. Thomas is very thorough and that makes me feel better to know she cares for your health issues.
I love the primary care I receive! Dr Thomas and staff are always attentive and careful and just overall great! Thank you all
