One of our favorite sushi spots in Parker. We like the warm atmosphere when dining in, but also frequently order delivery or take away. (We like to take away to The Wine Barrel just down the street).
The fish always smells and tastes fresh and we like the variety of rolls they offer.
Great food. My husband is so picky about sushi and theirs is amazing. It seems to be a family owned and ran business. The staff are always nice and accommodating every time we come in. Such a great tucked away spot. Definitely put on your list if you are looking for sushi in Parker. Also the mochi is the best!!
Phenomenal spicy tonkotsu ramen! The sushi was fresh and everything was as you’d want it. This place is a great find.
I hit Yutaka at that odd hour between lunch and dinner. I found the physical atmosphere of darker earth tones and modern decor to be calming. The ear piercing loud music grated my nerves. I'm guessing at a busier hour, it would become white noise. I was pointed to a table after I asked if the dining room was open because the server was across the room and seemed unwilling to come seat me. The service was efficient as far as I was given utensils, my drink was provided, and the food was delivered but lacked any warmth from the server. The Koshi Age (Scallops) was delicious, the batter perfectly seasoned and crispy without being scorched. The dipping sauce was a perfect compliment. The sushi, the sweetheart, and the rainbow rolls were bland. Not terrible, not particularly good. I was annoyingly surprised that the sodas were $2.00 cans and came with no free refills. Overall, the experience didn't leave me wanting to come back.
Yutaka is our go-to for sushi cravings -especially when we aren’t in the mood to wait in long lines on a Friday night. They have the most creative combinations of rolls! A few of our favorites are the King Roll, Fuji Roll, Christmas Roll and Firecracker Roll. The tuna tower is also a delight! No fishy smell in this restaurant. Close to Parker Road and great for date nights ❤️
An absolutely outstanding restaurant. Whoever gave them less than 5 stars has no idea what they're talking about. As someone who order a lot of takeout, I can say even their basic menu items are head and shoulders above anyone else. Their customer service is something to be admired, as well. I will be coming back.
Hands down best sushi in Parker! Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, air conditioned, Not too bright, clean, pleasant music. Service excellent. Extensive menu selection that covers an array of wines, beer, saki, ramen, udon noodles, teriyaki, and a variety of sushi. Service excellent. Favorite sushi spot in Parker!
