Best WLM Reviews
I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Time. The restaurant decor is beautiful and relaxing. The restrooms were spotless. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious. We got the Yuzo Shio Ramen Combo and the Yume Chicken Ramen. The Thai Iced Tea was so good, and the Yume bun was a great addition. I am new to eating Ramen, so I probably won't get the seaweed added to my ramen next time, but it did not spoil the experience. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes soon.
The food and service were fantastic! I'm definitely looking forward to going back and trying something else.
The food was great and flavorful. I have been back 3 times in a week in a half.
Simply put this is a five star Ramen restaurant.
When entering the restaurant, it is extremely clean and you were met by a gigantic mural on the far wall that is vibrant and beautiful. There is outside seating on their porch with umbrellas for cover. There’s a large bar and approximately 25 tables inside we did not have to wait.
We missed happy hour for their appetizers, but I would highly recommend taking advantage of the shrimp tacos. At half price, these guys are absolutely amazing and while I was not excited to order them, my wife insisted, and they were absolutely delightful to eat. Highly recommend recommend ordering these.
I had the Tokyo tonkatsu Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. There was definitely a lime flavor in the broth (which I loved), but it was rich and velvety overall and The meat was high-quality, and all of the ingredients were extremely fresh.
My wife had the Thom Yum Ramen and I think I will get this dish next time. The coconut flavored broth was absolutely delicious and I ate all of her leftovers. Tons of seafood in this dish. Worth every penny.
The prices for all the dishes on this menu are extremely reasonable. In fact, they are so reasonable that I would say they’re a little bit under priced. The saki menu is the best priced menu i have seen in years. Nothing over $17 and everything delicious.
Outstanding place for a meal or a date.
I got the spicy miso ramen. The spice level was good, enough that you’d notice it but not enough to be painful. Only nitpick I have is the egg wasn’t runny enough but overall it was still good.
Edit, new review Nov 2024:
TLDR- unacceptable service and a horrible experience in a previously well loved spot. Waited almost 90 minutes to get ramen!!
Full story:
Brought my family to have dinner on a Tuesday night. 4 adults and two kids. The restaurant was about 50% capacity when we sat down. Placed an order right away for drinks and an apatizer, as well as the kids meal, knowing my toddler will be hungry. Waitress never introduced herself so I don't know her name. She forgot one of the drinks, I gently reminded her. After the last person arrived we ordered more appetizers and four orders of ramen. The appetizers came quickly and were absolutely delicious. Nothing followed. She never checked on us to see if the food was good or cleared out our appetizer plates. After 30 minutes, we started wondering what was taking so long. We watched as tables around us who sat down after we ordred, get their ramens. At 40 minutes, I called our server over and asked her to check on our food, and let us know what's going on. She said that the kitchen is backed up and its being cooked and almost ready. We told her the kids are getting upset and we need to know how long, she asked if we still want the food. We asked again, is it already being prepared or was it forgotten? If its almost ready we still want it. She answered that she put it in "well over 30 min ago" and she's "sure its almost ready". I said we might need to take it in boxes and eat at home. She then asked if we just want to cancel the order (how I WISH we said yes!) and said she can ask her manager for a discount. We tole her we are not asking for a discount, we just want the food asap. She then came back with the manager who offered us 15% off the bill. Again, we told him we just want to know how much longer. He left "to check" and never came back. At that point my husband took the toddler home and we called her to ask for the food to be brought in to-go boxes. We then waited another 20 minutes, while holding a crying infant, without a single update or apology. Kept trying to get her attention while she avoided eye contact and served other tables, clearly bypassing ours. Diners came, ate and left, and at 70 minutes I walked over to the bar where the server was standing and told her this is ridiculous and I want to know how much longer. She said 3 more minutes. I asked her again (for the 3rd time) to bring me a to go container for the leftover kids ramen. We waited a total of 85 minutes for take out. When we got the check, it was for the full original prices. I walked over to ask (again) for the last box, when the manager saw me he handed me a new check with 15% discount. There was at no point a true apology, explsnation or sense of regret for our terrible experience. Another server over heard me and said "we're so sorry, theres only one cook in the back". Now, I get they were busy. I also get mistakes happen. I am 100% sure that the order was either misplaced or accidentally overlooked. And had anyone come to us and take responsibility, apologize and offer us an update on the eta of the food, it would have been a different experience. But the utter avoidance and lack of acountability, was outright offensive. We watched at least 5 other tables arrive, get food, eat, pay and leave while we still waited. So we know it was not just a slow kitchen. I would expect a well run buisness to acknowledge their mistake and act like they care and offer to make things better. After paying 100$ for take away that we waited almost an hour and a half for, we will absolutely NOT come back. Which is a shame because we love the food here and come fairly often. My parents were visiting from across the world and it was an emberessing and unfortunate dinner experience. We got home 2 hours later, with fussy screaming kids, and none of us had dinner yet.
This was truly one of the absolute worse dining experiences we have ever had.
I love this ramen shop. They have never been too busy when I’m there during lunch and the food is delicious ????
I literally luv Ramen lol I've tried so many places this is definitely top 5 for me the broth is key too watery or not seasoned enough is a let down this was seasoned and the right consistency I got appetizers liked them all and the short rib Ramen no complaints about any of it can't wait to go back with my friends and family
