Best WLM Reviews
All i asked was if i could get the coffee blended (they sell blended drinks). The person helping me appeared to be new. When she asked the other person who appeared to be the manager (since she was making decisions like she owned the place), she was told that they don't blend coffee. EVEN THOUGH i could see their blended coffee drinks. WORST SERVICE and SUPER RUDE.
A donut that the worker told me was "apple-filled" turned out to have not even ½ teaspoon of apple filling. When I told the worker she claimed that was normal and refused to give me another one. Quite rude. I told her that was bad service but she obviously doesn't care.
The major reason why Starbucks beats out other fast food places, including donut shops, is because the service is so much better, not to mention the quality. I'm done with yum, I mean barf-barf donuts.
Very clean environment, good food, and friendly staff.
The donuts are the same standard donuts you get at any Yum Yum Donut shop, and the employees are nice enough, but what makes me mad is that I constantly say "no receipt" in Spanish & English several times and they still try to give me a receipt! I even tried to push "no receipt" on the payment screen and they STILL give me a receipt! Why don't they listen? I don't need more paper! Just dumb...
People are writing allot of negative reviews but honestly the place is very clean at least
Been goin and buying Donuts a lot lately, my dog loves donuts but the last time we went, the employees went to the back and remained out 9f sight the whole time we were there. 100°F outside and they won't sell a bottle of water for my dog. They even ignored other customers while i was in the store. Have never gone back since. Sucks because you can't judge a whole store, based on the actions of a few employees.
The lady was so rude my husband had to use the restroom and she said it was for costumers ummmm we ordering ???? Than I had to order first she kept on taking her time to do his drink had to ask her multiple times to open the restroom for him all tables occupied had to go get a napking to clean my own table than she reply that it was only for handicap table lady there was no tables there ???? I was about to the point to get my money back and cancel the order horrible service didn't even ask if I wanted someone to clean the table for me.
Coffee was basically hot color water, donut was ok but definitely not the best. And the young lady cleaning that day had a attitude because I said she should clean that NASTY FRONT DOOR , she was all on her knees almost????, cleaning the baseboards who gives a care about already cleaned walls ????!? When the FRONT DOOR is loaded with GERMS???? from customers going in and out from all walks of life who knows where their fingers???? BEEN ????????????????!! We as customers have to use those same handles and touch that grimy door full of gross bacteria, germs finger prints when we come in to buy our food, to get our food, eat our food, and make our coffee ALL in which is Called CROSS???????????? CONTAMINATION????????????????????!! You never know what is on those front door handles, and the glass doors looked disgusting!!!!!!!! So I was just giving her some wise as well as common sense advice but she responded in a dumb-dumb???????? Rude Way ????!! She must be the one ALL the BAD Reviews are On !! In the future I will remember my bad experience and try and stay clear of this Yum- Yums because you ain't all that I've had much better!! I normally love Yum-Yums but of course not this one !!!!!!!!!!!!!
