I love this place if they could just get my order right. I order the turkey, bacon, avocado on parm bagel. Ever time I order it, I get something different. The last time, it had eggs on it. This time…. Where is my Turkey and why is there cheese on it. It looks amazing but not what I ordered. Get it together please!!!

I was running late and dreaded going to this God awful place. The last time I was there the service and food was awful. The women seemed angry and annoyed that I didn’t speak Spanish. Anyway went in today and Andrea Aka morning donut angel ???? on the morning shift 4a was such a ray of sunshine! I was SO grateful and relieved. She really knows what she’s doing! I hope she’s in management because she has such a kind spirit and as soon as she walked in things were moving! Thank you SO much for making my day Andrea! You’re amazing! ❤️???????? ???? ☀️
Every time I come here it takes forever. Even when I call a head of time. Also it’s frustrating when the employees don’t always speak English or give preferential treatment to people who speak Spanish. I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome here.Too expensive for this service in a horrible area. I used to love this place years ago when I worked out here. The girls were so friendly and kind. What happened? Edit:Got home and realized my two croissant sandwiches were inedible! Hard croissant (2-3 days) old and the avocado was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. I can’t help but think that this was done intentionally. Awful racist service. Never going back.
The customer service is outstanding I purchased a turkey avocado sandwich and they gave me it on the wrong bread. Instead of coming back I talk to you Maria the manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and said to come back and she would gladly replace it I came back the next day and I got it replaced and she also gave me several donuts for free I felt that she went above and beyond regular customer service her performance was outstanding she handled it like a pro I highly recommend this place
Very quick an efficient, didn't wait long at all, even though there was a few people in front of us ordering smoothies and sandwiches.
Went in to buy an breakfast bagel only to be looked over as of I wasn't a paying customer took another customer that walked in after I came in no greeting from the employees at all very unprofessional and a uncomfortable environment. I left to take my money elsewhere definitely will not be back to this location.
Walked in and the worker was rude. When we ordered our food she didn’t even tell us what was in the sandwich we ordered. I asked her for jalapeños and she was rude about it. Not to mention one of the workers wasn’t wearing gloves and was still grabbing the food.
A little busy when I went… but, well worth it. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious! ????
A great 24 hr place. Fast friendly bilingual staff. Sandwiches and smoothies also.
