Called in my order for honey barbecue wings and brown fried rice. Arrived to pick up my order female at the counter didn't acknowledge me for (3) minutes.
Requested brown fried rice.Was given yellow fried rice
Wings were very good.
The lobby was dirty.
I would have given them a 5 Star. But due to the issues I was half way satisfied.
We stood outside the carryout about 30 mins waiting for the carryout to open. We were the first customers that day. We ordered our food, starving. Get home ready to eat and discovered we had food heated over from the night or evening before. I will NEVER EVER spend my coins there again.
The wings with mumbo sauce is very tasty. Good price. But the location is very scretchy. It feels like I could get robbed anytime so beware tourist. My wife has seen a cockroach walked by inside as well.
Order chicken and shrimp fried rice online. They don’t have an option to add the upgrade to the fried rice online, so they will call you and the driver will bring a machine. My issue was that I asked for condiments once on my online order and then again when the guy called me to confirm my shrimp fried rice, and they didn’t give me them. I called about not receiving them and the lady on the phone goes “You don’t have hot sauce at home” RUDE. Also when they brought the card machine to my house, he gave me a receipt I went to get a pen to sign and he was gone. This receipt has a spot for a tip (which I gave online), I hope he doesn’t add anything himself.
The funniest thing i ever heard i asked for on my drink this woman with a straight face told me we sell ice ???????????? how money hungry do u need to be to ask for that like ewww
Place my order online it was suppose to be ready between 9:39-944 the guy told me I have to wait a extra 10 mins even though I placed my order online what is the purpose of placing a prefer online if you still have to wait
Got chicken wings and shrimp fried rice with Gravy my chicken was old and I called the store they gonna say there chef’s said it was fresh chicken little do they know I’m calling the Better business Bureau Monday morning
