Absolutely awful place. They show full disrespect to all patients. First thing first you are waiting 3-4 weeks for appointment, and after you will waiting by hours before visit in office.
All the time trying to stretch problem to more visit.
As for me - they just interested to charge your insurance for every visit. Worst medical experience ever.
Great doctor! Dr.Chalik I found to be very professional with a great bedside manner he explained everything clearly and is very through with his examinations. The staff was very polite I found the atmosphere in the office to be very friendly. The wait time was very average nothing to even mention..highly recommended!!..
I have been receiving excellent treatment here for close to two years now. The wait time is superior to any practitioner’s office I’ve ever been to. As far as the quality of care I receive, well, Dr. Chalik is sharp and has a group of super smart medical professionals with excellent bedside manner, but don’t expect cuddling. Go home to mama for that! I recommend this office to people all the time.
Dr.Chalik and staff are top- notch excellent !! Ease w/no problems too big for your urological needs.Been w/ them along time w/ great reasons.Dr.Chalik is beyond a Castle Connolly doctor. A league of his own. You will not never be disappointed ????
Excellent doctor. I live in Northern NJ and coming all the way to Sheepshead Bay, 2 hours by public transportation. But it is worth it. He is very detail oriented, very knowledgeable. 3 years ago he performed a procedure Urolift. It helped. He is very friendly as well.

Let’s start with the front desk Jenna …. Rude , obnoxious and no empathy …. she only cares for patients who speak her language ! She gets no consequences on her attitude towards patients who require help! ! Instead it’s a game for her to keep pts on hold for over 20 min and then come back and says what’s your name and DOB !
should not be the face of the medical office …. I guess the Dr in charge allows that behavior !
The Dr has no empathy , no patience , no respect for the pt ! In order to speak to the Dr you need to make an appointment and maybe if you are lucky enough he will spend few minutes … otherwise NP will see you !
When I went to Dr. Chalik I was having difficulty at work because of my need to use the restroom urgently and frequently. Dr. Chalik explained the options made his recommendation and we proceeded. After completing a procedure and follow up therapy I am confident in being able to work without the problems I was having.
The staff was courteous.
Pros: professional, friendly, knowledgeable medical personnel, great doctor with tons of experience and confidence.
Cons: expect lots of waiting time, allow two-three hours for an appointment.
Reception could be hit or miss.
Some receptionists are friendly, some are not so much. Not surprising since patients are complaining about waiting time all the time to them, but there's nothing they can do about it.
