The sushi chef is very creative with the presentation of Sashimi and Rolls. Fish is very fresh and has a great taste. The staff are very friendly and take care of you. We sit at the sushi bar right in front of the chef. Only a few seats, but we like the experience. There are plenty of tables and a long bar on the side also. Ethan, the chef, is friendly and enjoys talking with you. Plus, you can watch all the creative plates made for other customers. Highly recommend them. Enclosed are pictures showing the creative fresh dishes we've enjoyed over our visits. We have been to many Sushi places around the Country. This is by far the best one.
Added review: We enjoyed New Years Eve at our favorite restaurant. That means a 150 mile drive. It's always well worth it. Added more pictures of our experience. Thank-you Ethan & the great staff.

The egg was so good and amazingly crunchy, the servers were attentive and nice.

We were passing through Dover on the way home from the beach. Stopped for lunch and a little break. The food and service are both excellent. My food came with on a sizzling hot plate. And it is a lot of chicken. This was 2 meals for me. And I eat a lot.
Yukon Korean BBQ and Sushi in Dover is a true gem! We started with the sushi appetizer, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The Black Knight Roll and Salmon Sasa were absolutely delicious, showcasing the quality of their sushi. The highlight for me was the Mandoo Kook soup—it’s hands down one of the best soups I’ve ever had! The soft, fluffy rice cakes and flavorful dumplings were perfection.
The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The festive Christmas decorations added a cozy and cheerful atmosphere to the dining experience. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend!

I was craving Korean food after spending at Rehoboth beach. I read many bad reviews so I didn’t have high expectations. But I was pleasantly surprised when the food came out. This restaurant is not in Korea, LA, Atlanta, NYC… it’s in Delaware! The quality was not bad at all! Pretty busy restaurant, clean, and kind servers. No complaints.
Yukon is a wonderful restaurant. The outside is a little scary but once you walk in it is an amazing place. The new menus we're wonderful. We we're one of the first things to use on Sunday. Even for those people who do not like sushi they offered a great assortment. The plates were set up beautifully. My husband and kids loved the sushi!
