Best WLM Reviews
This ramen spot is a must-visit, especially for chicken lovers. Their rich, flavorful broths are perfectly paired with springy noodles and topped with tender, juicy chicken that’s cooked to perfection. While the ramen is excellent, the real standout is their curry. It’s aromatic, creamy, and deeply flavorful, making it a dish you simply can’t miss.
The cozy atmosphere and quick, friendly service make it an ideal spot for a casual meal. If you’re craving delicious ramen or crave-worthy curry, this place won’t disappoint!
Love that they have gluten free vegetarian ramen and options.
Ramen was delicious for being vegetarian.
It’s been difficult to find restaurants that offer this combination for those with dietary restrictions.
They’ve recently updated menu to state that items can’t be guaranteed vegetarian, so unsure how that changes the item.
The drinks with the lights were a great novelty and I thought the lights were isolated from the drink. Unfortunately the lights with battery and electronics were in the drink itself and the terminals / contacts were rusty so the drinks were contaminated and probably toxic. Even if the rust was not present why would food be mixed with non food items like a battery?
The ramen was very average.
Absolutely loved the Veggie Ramen! My friends and I especially loved the preparation of the egg. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely will be coming back.
One of the best Ramen places in the South Bay! The Chicken Paitan Ramen is very flavorful and delicious.
This is our go to place for ramen whenever I am in the area. We always get our fixed orders. Pork cutlet curry, edamame and tantan ramen. Sometimes there is wait time due to rush. But once you have the table service is fairly quick.
They don’t have parking reserved for restaurant as such but you will find free parking nearby for 2 hours. But during rush hour it’s difficult to find parking since most lots around the area are full.
Ambience is good too.
We had ordered tan tan spicy noodles and tonkutsu noodles. Both tasted same and not spicy at all. The quantity is good and we got the table pretty quickly on Saturday night. Like some other reviews here said, they definitely are in rush to give you bill to accommodate people in queue.
Yugen Ramen is a good choice for those craving a hearty bowl of ramen in Mountain View. With a few tweaks, it has the potential to elevate the dining experience even further.
The vegetarian ramen broth was good. It had enough greens with well cooked noodles for me to feel good about the meal especially so because I was famished.
The ambience is casual and inviting and the service friendly.
Go for it. A bit of a warning.. the prices could be a little more competitive…
