I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Yucaipa Urgent Care. From the front desk to the doctor/provider. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit comfortable.
I was greeted at the front desk by a lovely lady name Jocelyn ( believe thats her name). She was very helpful, polite and compassionate. She was able to answer all questions and concerns regarding my medical insurance and made my check in process quick and easy.
Doctor/Provider was able to see me in a timely manner even though the facility appeared very busy with other patients. He took his time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The entire team at this facility displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Definitely recommend this place.
Went in at 3 pm on Saturday after Thanksgiving. The wait was long but just as the previous review stated, everyone was very professional and courteous from the front desk to the nurses to the nurse practitioner I saw. My nurse was efficient and effective, and very competent. The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough and relational, and asked a lot of good questions. For as unpleasant as a visit to urgent care can be, the staff made it worthwhile.
I recently visited Yucaipa UC and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jocelyn at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and handled my check-in process quickly, which is always appreciated when you’re not feeling well.
The wait time was minimal, and the facility was clean, organized, and comfortable.They took the time to listen to my concerns, I left feeling much better and confident in the care I received.
It’s never fun to need urgent care, but knowing that there’s friendly and positive people like Jocelyn that provide this level of service makes all the difference. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.
Reserved a 12 noon spot on the waiting list, arrived and waited 45 min and asked if I was still on the list, the receptionist said “ you don’t have a reserved spot on the list” I showed her the email confirmation sent to me. She said I didn’t have an appointment so she would put me on the walk-in list, 9 other people had come in after me and put me at the end of the line, no consideration that this was a company’s screw up, your system and some of your “help” suck !!!! p.s. I still have the screen savor of confirmation.
I had a fantastic experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere. Sarah, in particular, was amazing—so professional and compassionate. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, making sure I understood every step of the process. After my appointment I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Yucaipa Urgent Care to anyone in need of quality medical attention!
Been here three times in the past two weeks as a URI has gone through our household. Very professional prompt care. They are def busy, but we utilized the online check in. Longest visit was two hours, fastest was 45 minutes. Love that the pharmacy is right next door.
This was a very disappointing experience. The wait time was much longer than their estimation, and I was finally seen at almost 9pm (right before they closed). Once I was in the room, I waited quite a long time to see a doctor, and I could hear other people who were in line behind me go into rooms, talk to a doctor, then leave before me. Once the doctor came in, she examined me very quickly and agreed that my strep throat had returned and I needed antibiotics. She said to give the pharmacy a little time to fill the order. I stayed up until 11:30pm repeatedly calling the pharmacy, but they never got the prescription. I called the next morning and they told me that they needed to contact the doctor who had prescribed the antibiotics but she was off. I needed to wait until she was working again before getting the prescription even though I told the receptionist that I had strep throat and I needed the meds urgently. I pushed back, and I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and was immediately put on hold again. They finally called me back a few hours later to say they put the prescription in.
While in the waiting room, a fight broke out between an employee (a doctor or nurse?) and a mother of a five year old girl. The mother was yelling at the man who had apparently told the mom to wait outside the x-ray room. She didn't want to leave her five year old girl in a room alone with a stranger. Somehow this turned into a fight and the cops were called. Neither the receptionists nor the [doctor or nurse] seemed to have any compassion for a woman who didn't want to leave her daughter in a room alone with a stranger. I understand not wanting to be yelled at, but I also wouldn't want to leave my child in a room alone in that situation regardless of radiation exposure. The total lack of regard for this woman's parental boundaries was astounding.
Honestly at this point, the whole team needs to do better. The rush to just be done with you from the moment you are called in is unprofessional. The upfront staff is dismissive and unfriendly. A smile and some patience would go a long way. The doctor asked questions and then interrupted all the way through. If these are students, are they not meant to be taught? It was quite unbearable to hear how they spoke to other patients. The attitude is actually wild. It is as if they just want to do the bare minimum.
