My friend, a member here, gave me two passes, so my niece and I were excited to finally check out the place after passing by it so many times. The lobby was nice and welcoming, but once inside, the experience was just okay. The facility offers only four options: a hot and cold pool, a dry sauna, and a steam room. The relaxation area was underwhelming, small, with limited space and no lounge chairs. The snacks were average, and the changing rooms and bathrooms felt outdated. A nice touch was the personalized locker names, though mine was misspelled. Having experienced the high standards of Vegas spas, I might be harder to impress.
JULIE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!! Her 90 minute deep tissue will literally make you feel like a whole new person. Her techniques to find every knot and make them disappear is incredible. You will feel beyond relaxed and rejuvenated. She is my forever masseuse!! Thank you Julie for being such an expert in your craft! I super appreciate you!
I recently visited Yuan Spa and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of relaxation wash over me. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I indulged in hydrotherapy and then a body wrap treatment. The ambiance was soothing with calming music and soft lighting. The facilities were immaculate and well-maintained. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and my skin feels so smooth. I can't wait to return for another escape! Highly recommend!
Tonight I tried the new Milbon Vivacity Gold scalp and hair treatment and I can say without a doubt, this is my all time favorite treatment. The washing of my hair, the scalp massage between every lucious hair mask (I felt at least 4 different masks), then while it all steams under a cap you get a more in depth neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage ?? The best word I can think of to describe the whole experience was decadent ! The technician I worked with was Jessica and she is THE BEST ! Not too gentle but not too aggressive, pulled on my scalp in the BEST ways. She is an absolute artist with that wood comb. I have been coming to Yuan Spa for a few years as a special treat when I’ve been under a lot of stress and I will DEFINITELY be back for this treatment again.
I signed up for a membership before ever trying this place and I do not regret it. The spa is clean and everything you need for a relaxation. There is a warm and cold tub with a dry and eucalyptus steam room. They have really nice salt scrubs for use in the steam room with plenty of showers. Your credits role over to the next month as long as you keep the membership going. It’s been super helpful and not stressful to think I have to use them in that month especially when life gets busy.
Had a hydrating scalp and hair therapy with Chau and she was amazing.It was my first time getting a headspa and she made me feel so comfortable and is super friendly with a bright smile.....I felt so relaxed and calm throughout the therapy.I would definitely try their other services soon..
I’m basing this fully on the hydrotherapy session. I took a friend here for a birthday relaxation gift. We both loved it! The location is so clean and lovely. Just what a spa should be. The hydrotherapy was kinda fun. First you sit in the hot tub, cool tub, steam room with a salt scrub (my fav) I did it twice, cold drench shower and man was it cold right after the steam room, sauna and back into the hot tub. You can do whatever you want but the cool pool was actually really refreshing. They also had lemon water to keep you hydrated which was a bonus. Clean locker rooms and you can shower after. If I lived on the east side I would buy a monthly package. I added a picture of what is offered. Too bad! I suggest checking it out. I’ll probably go back at some point.

But really ONE towel only??? No towels in hydrotherapy area? Extremely uncomfortable, I used the first towel in the first 10 minutes and then constantly was wet and uncomfortable, not even mentioning had to use it again wet after taking clean shower in the end. Gross!!! Raise better prices $15 up if needed and get towels!!! They are $7 in Target.
