I was back in the area temporarily and I had to come back here to get lunch. The menu here is extensive the food tastes amazing and the staff is always friendly and respectful and they made it through covid by adapting and meeting the needs of their customers. Go here.

Dependable and quality sushi in Gaithersburg. Yoyogi has been consistently good with generously-sized rolls and great prices which I have found to be unbeatable in this area. I love their nigiri combo platters with salmon and california rolls and their yellowtail scallion rolls are also great!
A good sushi place. Portions are quite large. I was surprised how big the rolls were and how much tofu we got in our appetizer. The udon soup was a bit lackluster. The soup was way to salty and the tempura breading was way to thick.
I love this place. Consistent, reasonably priced sushi. Try the spicy tuna crunch, eel, lobster, dart maki, and/or futo maki rolls.
Great little place, take out / pick up only. I ordered online. I like the rice to fish ratio (generous portions) and how my order was placed into one container, which is less wasteful and I got all the fixins (wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce, chopsticks, napkins) in the bag so it’s truly ready to eat. They gave a little gift with the order for their 20th anniversary. Nice for low key sushi days. Congratulations, happy 20 years anniversary.
