This is a great place! Aflac recommended them! I have found my dentist. Smiling from ear to ear right now. The techs were very informative and knowledgeable. The doctor explained my situation where I was able to understand it. Overall my experience was awesome! 5 stars well deserved.
I absolutely love this office. My son actually looks forward to his adjustments and the whole process has been amazing! I would recommend anyone - spend the time and your money with this place. We live an hour away and would not change a thing about coming here! Everyone is beyond friendly and kind.

I had my first appointment for a routine cleaning and was very pleased with the service that I received. I have significant upper and lower tori, which makes it difficult to get X-rays. However, the assistant was very patient and gentle. The dentist herself was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family!
If you don't immediately answer a call because you're working or in a meeting they will cancel your appointment same day. Some staff are nice but because of this I'm changing my review to one star. Especially because I was asked "do you want to talk or do you just want to cry" over the phone when I was crying out of fear I had lost my appointment in such an unreasonable matter. I wish they had informed me of their policy sooner I'm more than happy to call within 24 hours to confirm but the fact still stands they only called me once and then canceled my appointment and then I had to call them back to remake the appointment for them to act like they may not have availability. For the rudeness I was treated with for having emotions and being human, I don't know how to feel about this place now.
They didn't even call me to verify they fixed my insurance information after I left a voicemail for them on Friday.
The medical and front desk staff were fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly explain my son's treatment options, making sure I understood everything clearly. Their gentle touch and expertise made him feel comfortable and stress-free.
Eric is extremely rude over the phone when it was not necessary at all. I was asking a valid question, as I was requesting a dental form to be filled out by Dr Hsu. Eric kept interrupting, when I was seriously just trying to get my form filled out. Customer service is not great.
They are very professional and understand. I got to know everyone within the office and if I was about to give a 10. The doctor himself is very professional and upfront and if you don’t understand he will explain it to you. I wanted Invisalign when I first started and he explain to me why he didn’t feel like Invisalign would be a great fit for me. After starting my braces journey I see why he advised me not to going with Invisalign because I would have messed up with the Invisalign. This is the best team I have worked with and I will recommend them to anybody looking to get their teeth fix.
I was very pleased with the service I received. The assistant Hygienist was very helpful, informative, and attentive to my concerns. The doctor was very thorough in the procedures she performed. Thanks to everyone at the office for your services.
