Food was mid, I had to cut my own pizza, pizza wasn’t done all the way, the placement of the pepperoni is something I’ve never seen before, and look how the wings were sauced ????????♂️ I ordered 12pc jojos and received about 9. It took a little over an hour for my food to be ready. I just knew everything was going to come out perfectly. I was fooled! Your Pizza Shop has gone downhill lately. This is NOT okay.
I have dealt with a few times of going to pick up my order n it's lost. my main issue is ordering on the slice app that on their website says "we prefer" n they took my money but I didn't get my order because the store was closed before my pick up time. Now we gotta wait for a refund when yours confirms we didn't get our order smh! Maybe if the employee's would stay in the store and answer phone's instead of being outside their service would be better.
I'll start off with this pizza tastes great, not too much of anything, a perfect blend of flavors. But that also means not too much of the cooking either. As you can see from the middle 2 pictures, the dough was still uncooked and squishy. This was my second time getting pizza from them and I thought if I asked for it to be well done this would not be an issue. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, the people who work there are so friendly and the price is reasonable but the uncooked dough sort of ruined it.
Spent $60 ordered two large pizzas and two 8 piece chicken, when we first opened the boxes, I kinda ignored the smell because the chicken didn’t look burnt, but as I ate a piece of chicken, it definitely taste burnt so therefore the grease was Old or burnt so I called in the next day because we got our order the night before really late and I told them about our order. He told me that he was the assistant manager and I said OK and I continue to explain to him about the order he cut me off while I was trying to explain to him our situation and he was very rude. I let him say what he had to say then I proceeded to finished my explanation about just really to only tell him I didn’t want a refund. We just wanted to get new fresh chicken and I would bring it in. He still continue to be rude so I hung up on him. I am giving one star because as a manager when somebody is explaining to you their situation it is for you to hear And listen and then come with your rapport not to be rude and the fact that the chicken definitely taste burnt and I wasn’t the only one who agreed to that. I am a business owner Myself and for him to state that he was the assistant manager that was a big disappointment to know how he handled the situation.
Called in ordered 60 wings 30 Buffalo and 30 Honey bbq with two pizzas. The mam think his name is Bob identified himself as assistant manger was yelling and very disrespectful in his tone and should not interact with others. He did not accept the payment over the phone like manager would. My wings were 30 spicy garlic and nasty 30 honey mustard. After 30 years of supporting this bussiness. I've decided to not ever go back.$82 worth of food for some punk ass to screw up my order on purpose. I donated the wings to others. Never going back to Canton site on 420 12th st nw. Terrible service terrible treatment to long time patron.
The pizza was cold for some reason they delivered it and it took forever to get here. Wasn't happy at all. I went to pick up the pizza and that's when I found out they sent it out for delivery. I was back home about a half hour before it got to my home
don’t even order from this place we placed a order at 8:35 they said bout an a hour or 45 minutes it is 11:08 as we speak THEY DIDNT GET HERE TILL 10:51 and everytime i called they said the same thing over and over that he’d be here any minute so whoever lindsey is she a liar and the delivery driver was just slow and said the pizza was still warm IT WAS COLD AF. n they don’t do refunds only store credit
I ordered the 2 topping (pepperoni, onion & extra sauce) large pizza and 12 boneless wings deal. Delivery was to be approximately 9:15pm. My order finally arrived about 9:50pm. (The delivery driver was polite, and respectful.)
The pizza was barely warm. The toppings were correct, but no extra sauce. The 12 boneless wings with spicy garlic sauce turned out to be plain wings bone in. I contacted Slice, regarding the order, and was "informed" that was what I ordered. I would NEVER order plain wings even if they had bones! Something in the Slice app malfunctioned??? Needless to say, I am not impressed with the food, nor the Slice app. I am new to this area. I doubt I will order from Your Pizza Shop again.
