Came out raw. Asked Krystal, who said she was the manager on shift, if she could fix it. She cooked it two more times and it came out overcooked on the top and still raw on the bottom. The first two photos are after recooking.
Sarah is amazing!!! She went above and beyond for me when I left my credit card at the store. She contacted my business which is on the card and informed me that I left my card there. She has patience, a bright smile, and great customer service and that’s why I keep coming back Sarah you are dope!!
Perfect in every way! I ordered The Nat and mixed the basil sauce with marinara. Pizza is just the right size with healthy options to choose from. The customer service was also perfect! I watched not only how they interacted with us, the customers to make sure everything we ordered was made perfect, but also how the employees worked as a team. I will definitely be back often❤️
I really enjoy the food here, especially the cheese sticks! I have only done pickup orders, so I would not really know what the atmosphere is like. I will say they do make the rewards point kind of misleading because when I order my food and use my reward points and they say free cheese sticks etc. I’m thinking I’m getting additional ones. What they do is apply the price of the ones you already order to make it free. Their manager Jacob, should pass this along to upper management for further disclaimers, because of this now, I will not order from here again.
I come here often and usually don’t have any issues. I have a gluten allergy so I always specify that when ordering online. They prepare my pizza in the back and luckily I haven’t got sick from them. That’s why I keep going back. But today when I ordered my pizza this is what it looked like. I didn’t ask for extra toppings whatsoever. I even asked for it well done on the special instructions. I ordered the classic lineage pizza. I was appalled when I reached my destination and opened the box to find this. The amount of toppings!! The toppings were ice cold. It was inedible. The cheese was not even fully melted. I called and they fixed the situation with no problem. But I wanted to post this because more training might need to be done for employees to know correct procedures and possibly figuring out exactly how long to cook pizzas, especially gluten free pizzas.
My experience as a 1st time customer ordered half meat and the other half supreme. You make your decision. Offer to remake it, but I refuse to wait was offered a free pizza on the next visit. I just wanted what I paid for. The clerk was pleasant, apologized and called her supervisor home. She sent a picture to the supervisor State as she said, meat on the side where the vegetables are….
Ordered for delivery at 430. Uber never picked up pizza called store they seemed confused its just kids working. Ended up having to pick up pizzas at 615. Very small pizzas. They tasted ok but were obviously cold and soggy.
Thank you Your Pie for hosting Loganville Guitar concert. The atmosphere, service, and food was top notch. Concert or no concert, we'll be back.
