Hands down the worst first experiences at a restaurant in the Wilmington area. The restaurant was almost empty but still waited several minutes for someone to show up at the register to pick up a carry out order. Someone who saw me walk in, who turned out to be the manager, finally got up from their chair in the corner to finish packing our order. We ordered a supreme with extra mushrooms and onions and a great white with chicken, mushrooms and jalapeños. When we got home our pizza was already cold and neither pie was made as we requested. No additional toppings were added to the great white nor were extras added to the supreme. We were told by the manager that the ticket that printed in the kitchen had no edits or extras however the emailed receipt we received had all the extras that we requested. After calling the manager on duty to provide feedback on our experience he got loud and extremely rude, said that the website is not operated by the company and that it contains wrong information but that they are not responsible for any errors caused by the website, he said that there wasn’t anything they could do, so I’m stuck with food I did not order and out more than $50. The website also charges an automatic tip, which the person I spoke to does not deserve. If we could give them a 0 we would. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Found this gem in Wilmington picking up some pies to go…everything is made fresh and the staff is amazing…bonus they have gelato fresh salads and Pasta! This is a must try if you love fresh thin crust pizza…all kinds of keto friendly and gluten free options too! Tell them where you heard about this awesome place!
We had so much fun, the owner is so cool, he spoke to us like family.. we goofed around while he was making our pizza.. As far as quality goes, they are very good!
We went twice. Both times the manager working there is great. Super friendly and accommodating. The pizza was delicious both times and we got parmesan wings the 2nd time. Also delicious. The dining area is open, comfortable, and clean. Good music on the radio. They also have tables outside that we sat at for lunch on a nice fall day. Peaceful and quiet and we had our dog sitting by us. We are now repeat customers when we come into Wilmington.
Highly recommend this place, the atmosphere is incredible and the staff is really welcoming. Having celiac disease(gluten allergy) limits me from eating out but this place makes me feel very safe. The food is amazing. shout out to Lora and Matt!!
Awesome service, the cook made the most amazing pizza I've had in years. Crispy crust all the way around and even in the center! First time trying them out, and I will be going back many times to come!
I enjoyed my experience at Your Pie. They have a good variety of customizable options and our pizzas came out hot and tasty. The gluten free crust was quite good and they were careful with the gluten free preparation. The gelato was also a nice addition to the meal. To top off, I found the prices reasonable. Overall, good food and good value.
My son and I come here all the time. It’s our favorite pizza in town. The owner is so nice and always makes us feel so welcome. It’s so nice to go to a place where people remember you. It’s really unbeatable.
