Upon entering, the establishment is clean with a delightful aroma of Italian food. The menu on the wall, though a bit hard to see due to close tables, guides your pizza creation process at the counter. Across two visits, I found the pizza delicious, yet the staff seemed to lack engaging personalities, creating an oddly uncomfortable atmosphere. Attempts at casual conversation were met with disinterest.
The pizzas, crafted with fresh ingredients and fired on the spot, offer a transparent view of the preparation process. The menu also includes salads and ice cream, with comparable prices and a convenient location. Ample indoor seating is available, but there's no outdoor option.
While my pizzas were perfectly cooked, the absence of customer service left a notable gap. Feeling like an inconvenience detracts from the experience, making me inclined to explore other pizza options despite the appealing qualities of this place. With numerous pizza places to choose from, a bit of customer service can make a significant difference.
The cauliflower pizza “ SUPER RECOMMENDED” we loved it!!! I had a meats lover and my wife a Margarita!!! Delicious
I gave five stars on atmosphere because I was not going to detract for something I had not experienced. We have only done pick up and delivery for Your Pie. But I do have to say on those occasions are experience was extremely positive!
I really like this pizza, I love the crust is actually one of the few pizza crusts that I will actually eat the entire slice. The margarita pizza is my absolute favorite, it's just a great combination of flavors and they put on plenty of toppings.
This last time around we got cheese sticks which were a very pleasant surprise. Thin, cheesy, garlicky... Just delicious!
As I stated the beginning we've only done pick up and delivery. Pick up is easy and effortless through their app. Delivery has been twice and both times the pizza arrived in excellent condition, it was hot enough to eat upon arrival and didn't have to be warmed up, and packaged very well. I wish they were closer we would definitely eat there a lot more!
I'm sorry there are no pictures but we had to start eating right away; it was too delicious smelling to wait!
I only gave two stars because the girl with the reddish hair that started my families order was nice. My family and I have been coming here since they've opened. Then we took a break eating out. My wife just recently learned she has a gluten allergy and was bummed she can't have pizza anymore. That was until she remember this place had gluten free options. We decided to give it a try today, everything was going fine up until we received our food. One of the workers came over and mentioned they forgot to charge us for my wives pizza and said we could pay once we were done eating. No problem, we finished eating and then I went to go pay for my wives pizza. The total came out to be around $15.11 after tax. I asked the cashier, seriously? $15 for one pizza? I looked at the receipt and noticed her BYO pizza was $10.99, plus an additional $3 "Allergy Gluten!". Really? This place charges someone extra because they have a gluten allergy? I highly doubt it costs that much for the gluten free dough and they didn't do anything special during the process to make her pizza. Least to say, all of our pizzas were mediocre and we won't be back.
We love the Pizza. It's made right in front of you with the freshest ingredients. The employees practically know everything we get on our pizzas and we know some of them by name. They made us feel like family from our first visit. Once you have a Your Pie, no other pizza will do. ????
Interesting spot. Kind of like Mod pizza I suppose. Attention to the cleanness really needs to be looked at though. The lights right above where the food is prepared are absolutely disgusting, cover with layers of dust. Again, right above where food is prepared.
We love Your Pie Pizza! Great choices for pizza and other food. You basically get to design your own pizza before it's cooked in a brick oven. The staff is very friendly and you can tell the manager has done a great job either choosing great young kids or developing their customer service capabilities. And to top it all off the food/pizza is really good!
Really enjoyed our meal. Friendly staff, great pies and best of all affordable for everyone.
Build you own is awesome. Gluten-free crust, white, wheat options. Choose your sauce, cheese (vegan), toppings. At your table in less than 10 minutes. Beer and wine available.
