I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is a bit overwhelming. There are so many options and usually that's a bad sign. But the two dishes we ordered were great. I was prepared for the worst going in. I suppose the atmosphere is a bit concerning. I've been to so many bad Italian places where they pack you in and over charge for slimy bland noodles, but this is good. There's real flavor. Not my new favorite, but I would eat here again.
The atmosphere is nice and clean. Great seating area. The employees are friendly and helpful. They are patient and professional when it comes to assisting or answering questions. The pizza has an authentic taste and is a real treat. The quality is impressive. My only concern is the inconsistency when it comes to preparing the pizza properly. It is undercooked more often. It is hard to enjoy a soft and mushy like pizza. Also, the salads did not have fresh ingredients when I ordered. The gelato is great and the desserts are worth the buy. When they actually get the pizza prepared properly, it is amazing.

We were there Dec.8th,Sunday 6:30pm. As soon as we stood to order, no one recognized our presence. The guy and lady just went on with what they’re doing. Not busy, it’s just us waiting. 2 people seated. They could’ve at least say, We’ll be with you or something. Instead, they just made us wait for about 3mins. We ordered Bacon and brie pasta which is the only one that’s ok that’s why I gave a 2 star. The Supreme pizza and a gluten-free pizza are so dry and tasteless. This is also the dirtiest location we’ve been to. I hope the owner/manager will address the performance of their staff. The attitude they reflected shows that they’re not happy with what they do.
Our order was placed online for carry out. I arrived at the time for pickup, but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The pizza was okay, but nothing great. The other guest eating with me said the pasta had good flavor but was dry and there was a lot stuck to the bottom of the container.
While I was told the order was not ready when I arrived, there was no further communication in the 15 minutes to advise how much longer the wait would be. When the food was delivered, I was not instructed to pick up plastic utensils or a cup for the combo meal. I did grab both, but the plastic fork was pretty dirty. (We washed the fork.)
It wasn’t terrible, but the mediocre service and food didn’t leave me any desire to return.
Someone there likes to follow to many social media trends. Got my pizza, tasted great, this would have been a 5 star review. Except one of the cooks likes to cut off slivers of pizza as a snack for themselves and push the pizza together trying to pretend nothing happened. The management the denied my claim with slice claiming "it was delivered"
First time. 6 pm on a Tuesday 10/15/24. First of all the folks working behind the counter were top notch. Got a 14 inch meat lovers. OMG ! Got home and was reminded of pizza in Chicago. Excellent job. From the simple menu, very reasonable pricing and employees who take pride in customer service. Hands down the absolute best pizza in town. I will be back. !
