I have gone to this your pie location multiple times and have never had a bad experience until now. Of course, there are the occasional rude workers but of course everyone has bad days, but today was a much different experience. I go in, order my food, everything seems fine. Once I get to the register the guy who made our pizzas didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks or sauce so I, they never do anyways, so we always assume the sauces are free because we get small cups for ice water anyways. Once he rings us up I ask for 4 ranches for my girlfriend and I and 2 small cups for ice water. He proceeds to give us 2 ranches and gives us the water cups, then gets on a phone call so the other guy takes over to give us our receipt. We ask for the other two ranches and he looks at us annoyed and says “next time you’ll have to pay for those.” And we say “we asked for 4 and he only gave us 2.” And he just walks away, the other guy didn’t even charge us anyways. We go to sit and wait for our pizzas and mind you, it is dead there’s 2 other costumers, our pizzas didn’t go in the oven that we saw was empty, for another 5-10 minutes. When they did put them in, it took a lot longer then usual even though it was dead in the store. When we finally get our pizzas we see that they are completely burned. It tasted like ash and was the worst pizza we had gotten from here yet. I am disappointed in their service and hope they can improve on this.
I wanted a personal pizza and didn't want to spend $20 on dinner. I found this place through Google and gave it a try. I'm really glad I did! The food is great and the prices are better, especially since you don't pay extra for each topping. I'll be coming back soon with the family.
This was the worst pizza I have ever had and I wish I was exaggerating. You can tell from the photo that it was made without care. Most of the slices are only dough and don’t have cheese, I ordered ricotta which is only slightly evident on one slice of the pizza aside from the missing cheese and even sauce & toppings all throughout. For 24 dollars I am really disappointed and had high hopes when ordering from here for the first time. I honestly don’t know how you could quickly slap something together like this and give it to a customer.
Great experience at Your Pie. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the best service we have had in a long time. As vegans, we appreciate having options. It is so rare to get to make vegan substitutions and add more veggies to make a filling meal without being charged extra. The price was great for a filling meal. Whole wheat crust options are also really unique. Wish we lived closer and could come by again soon!
Pizza arrived late and cold! I ordered from their website. Did not use no they use the DoorDash until I got the text message. They did not even have a bag to keep my pizza warm. $40 for a cold pizza is a little bit ridiculous.
Create your own pie with unlimited toppings.. people are really friendly. I always end up eating the whole pie.
Our party of 12 came in tonight to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Alonzo, Brayan, Brooke, Daniel and Matthew took great care of us. Pizzas came out quick and were delicious. We were checked on throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!
Just had the most incredible dining experience at Your Pie! As someone with celiac disease, finding a restaurant that offers safe and delicious gluten free options can be a challenge. But Your Pie exceeded all expectations. Their gluten free pizzas are not only safe for celiacs but also absolutely delicious. The best supreme pizza around, the white pizza was also amazing, and the ischia margherita was a flavor explosion. I could finally enjoy pizza without any worries.
What's more, the customer service was top-notch, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and the music added to the overall great vibe of the place.
I highly recommend Your Pie to anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions. It's a rare find to have such a warm and welcoming environment with such fantastic gluten free options. I'll definitely be coming back for more! #glutenfree #celiacfriendly #yourpie #bestpizza
