If you're looking for the ultimate pizza experience, look no further—this is *the* pizza place! They take their pies to the next level by offering a variety of dough options, including my personal favorite, cauliflower crust (so good!). The toppings are always bursting with freshness, and the friendly staff never fails to serve up smiles along with your meal. Plus, they have everything from fountain drinks to sweet and unsweetened tea to quench your thirst. And for dessert? A delightful scoop of gelato that will make your taste buds dance! Oh, and the restrooms? Always spotless—just the cherry on top of an already perfect visit!
Pizza, was excellent. Got a 10 in pepperoni and a white pizza. Love that it is made in front of you. Price is decent. Place seemed very clean. Only thing your pizza price does not include a drink. Staff was nice and seemed very attentive to getting customers orders completed. The side salads you can get as part of the pizza combo are not very big for the extra cost and if u don't want a salad u can get a scoop of Gelato instead. They serve coke products along with sweet and unsweetened tea.
On last thing, besides normal pizza dough, they also have wheat, gluten free and keto friendly. They also had a sign for over baked wings in about 4 or 5 flavors.
Pizza is good. Love how you can customize your pizza. Lots of choices of crust., topping and cheese. Side salad is small.
Staff was very nice.. Order a pasta to go. HUGE portion...
Don't even bother. We used to go regularly, but the service was so bad we stopped. We decided to give them another try and we were disappointed nothing has changed. We walked out even though we were the only customers. They were not ready to open and then we stood there while they made to-go orders before they would take our order.
Update; As you can see from the reply to my post there is no apology or acceptance of poor customer service. Please review the video again. The front door was opened after the posted opening time. Your opener had no dough rolled out (we stood there giving her time to catch up). After that time she started by preparing the to-go orders. At that time she still hadn't taken our order and didn't seem inclined to do so. That is when we left. Nobody asked why. Nobody apologized. Nobody made any effort to keep our business. Your reply shows a great lack of awareness.

Okay, Let me just say this is the 2nd time eating at My Pie and the 1st time was really good. I'm sad to say this time however was not a good experience. The counter that they prepare the pizza on was atrocious. I had to ask twice for them to clean it before making my pie. The 1st guy I asked just looked at me and ignored me. Then he walked over to the side and talked to another guy. That guy came over and asked for my order. I asked him to please clean that area before he made my pie. He took a scraper and scraped everything into a trash can. The photos I took were AFTER I got the employee to clean the counter.
There looked to be around 4-5 employees at work. But looking like they were hanging out on their phones instead of actually doing much. We chose a table to eat but found it dirty. The next few tables were the same. You could see the condensation rings left by previous customers had eaten and the tables not wiped. So much for sanitizing with Covid still going strong.
I met a friend here for a quick, light birthday luncheon and everything was wonderful! We both got a pizza combo that was, I think $13.99 each. For what you get with the combo, I feel that the meal is expensive. Nevertheless, we went in knowing the cost and were hopeful that the experience would be enjoyable, and it was. I'd do it again, but maybe not often. The build your own pizza experience is awesome. You can put on as many, or as few toppings as you like. It's hard not to enjoy the pizza, became it's your own creation.
Even though the food is impeccable at every Your Pie I go to, the staff at this particular one have a real attitude when it comes to their customers. I drove 45 miles to eat at this establishment to find that they were closed for catering. I had thought that the table that was sitting there eating was the catering, and they had started to leave so I figured they were done and I went back. Then the lady working there came up to me and was very rude and condescending. When I explained my confusion she acted even more rude in response, then slammed the door shut. Your Pie in Warner Robins will likely never see my money again.
First time eating and dining in at Your Pie. My party of three felt rushed. The manager came to our table saying "now that yall are about to leave how was ur food?" We were not done eating but..... I stated the pizza was OK but the oven roasted wings were bland. He rudely told me that I should've order the flavored wings. I told him true but you did ask for my feedback on the wings whether you liked the feedback or not. Then he laughed and stated that he could also don't give a damn whether I like it or not. Then I ask why ask for my feedback then. He walks away. Wow!!! I was told he was the General Manager. OK. Never coming back.
