Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I have celiac disease and not only did they offer gluten free crust, but there is an allergen information menu posted by the toppings, including information on gluten, dairy, and nut allergen friendly options. Even the croutons were separated from the salads in the containers! The woman making my pizza changed her gloves and informed me that there was a separate space in the kitchen to prepare my pizza. 10/10 would recommend!
I ordered the Bacon and Brie pizza but it definitely looks more like a cheese pizza. I was not at all pleased with my order. The first picture is from website the second picture is my pizza????
The staff is always friendly and the food is good. We dine in very often. However, I have noticed the last few times the restaurant is very dirty and it makes me hesitate to come back as much as my family loves this place. We were just here Sunday at 3:30 and other than us, there was only one other couple eating, so not busy at all. No excuse for the nasty mess that was literally everywhere. I could not capture on camera the bugs swarming around the tea canisters, but there were many. When what the customer sees is gross and dirty it lets us know what we can’t see is even worse. ????
Update:
-Seems a bit overpriced for what you get. Also, taking a 7 inch dough, and stretching it to 10 inch, and putting the same amount of toppings isn't worth the extra 3 dollars.
The two tables I looked to sit at were not wiped down and still had debris and crumbs. If we are tipping, then why are we not getting outstanding service to just have a pizza dropped off?

Hey, thanks for the honest feedback. I did want to clarify we don't have a 7" dough ball, rather we trim down our 10" to make the smaller pie. Ours is intended to be a thinner, hand-tossed crust. Be sure to ask for additional toppings on your next visit as we can always add more, but taking toppings off is trickier. We hope to see you again soon!
-So, You can ask for more topping without being charged extra? That's what I'm hearing.
Also, not once have I seen staff cut down any dough. This tells me, you ate better off asking for a 7 inch, and asking for free alleged toppings to save money.

Update:: even more in love with this place and it's staff! My child recently left their purse in a booth. We went back HOURS later, thinking: it's gone, someone took it. But Noooo! The staff found it and held onto it for us! What a relief! It was our first stop of the night running around town: and the last place we went to check when retracing our steps to find it. One relieved MaMa! I dropped a "reward" in their tip bucket: it was well deserved!! We'll see you guys again soon. Thank you for being an awesome staff! ????????
Not sure what is going at this location. It seems to be having a hard time getting a good crew. This isn't the first time I have had an issue here. I paid almost 22 dollars for a burnt pizza.
Did I call and complain no I didn't. I also didn't go back. I had a long day and just didn't feel like dealing with it. I ate the topping and threw the crust in the trash. Every restaurant has bad days but this location is having too many here lately. I will just to covington for now on.
First time trying this location. Cool spot in old downtown Monroe. Good staff and the place was clean. Pizzas weren’t that good, especially for what you pay for them compared to most pizza joints. Out of toppings pivotal to some of the signature pies but still charged full price.
☺️THANK YOU PORTER. !! I usually go here with my daughter & we don't eat meat. I asked Porter to change his gloves & he gladly did it & even changed them again because he had to go in the back to get more sauce. He has no idea how glad I was that he did this , other places have major attitudes when I ask for a change of gloves. Thank you so much for going above & beyond. The food was great & we really enjoyed our night ! See y'all again soon ????
