I felt like crap going in. Wait time was almost non-existent. Everybody was really pleasant, wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. I told the practitioner my symptoms and she's like Oh this is what it is and oddly enough it turned out to be exactly what she said. They're just all really great people. I would recommend this place. Thanks everyone!
I brought my infant daughter in with a 103-degree fever and we were seen immediately as walk-ins, even though we actually arrived about an hour before her appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The registered nurse was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. We were in and out in 30 minutes with a prescription. I highly recommend this place for any urgent care, while on vacation needs.
The physicians there are helpful. However, if you need an x-ray, their machine has been down for over a year (if not longer) and it is obvious that they are not going to get it fixed. They no longer do anything with Workmen’s Comp. there. They also do not do drug testing any longer. It is an urgent care with minimal capabilities to do what is needed for the area, even though they advertise they do online. It’s a shame that Doc’s In/Tidal have chosen to limit what’s available to the areas around Pocomoke. The people in this area deserve a facility with the capabilities the same as Salisbury, OC, and other places. Forcing everyone to Salisbury or Berlin defeats the purpose of having something local; you could go to the hospital just the same.
There is also no point doing everything paperwork wise online as they make you fill out the paperwork with the same information every single time you go there. Were in 2024 and they cannot maintain a simple database with patient information. Do better.
Son had food poisoning. Rushed him to Docs. We were visiting the area from out of town. They took him right away. Filled out the formed, waited 20 minutes.
Diagnosed my son stomach bacterial infection. Set up medication at local pharmacy.
Clean pleasant waiting room.
Staff is polite, attentive.
Doctor on duty excellent bed manners.
Next time we visit the area and if we need emergency care, this is the place we would choose again.

We arrived a few minutes before closing. My son had a medical issue and we came straight away since we knew we could get there before 8. He was refused service because the women at the front said “you came in just before we closed and we have already seen our last patient for the day”. I asked what time they stop seeing patients since they are advertised as being open until 8. She just shrugged and said I don’t know that’s up to the provider.
I was a walk-in and even with 4 people with appointments in front of me, I was seen within 30 minutes and out the door. The nurses and doctor were all very nice and knowledgeable. I'm on vacation in the area so finding a place to help when I injured myself was awesome.
Our walk in visit was great. My daughter saw the Dr quickly. Nice staff and well manner. Her test came back fast. I recommend this Dr office.
Visited on 11/12 for flu like symptoms such as body aches, coughing, couldn’t breathe, cold chills, hot flashes. The nurses were very friendly and I received a nebulizer which did help, but was sent home with an allergy medication as it was noted to be nasal drip. I felt so bad and was ready to not be there that I didn’t question it until the next day. Talked to nurse friends and after their advice I went to the ER on 11/14 where I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given antibiotics and steroids.
